Tapered Roller Bearings

  1. Tapered roller bearings are separable into a cone assembly and a cup.
  2. They are designed to accommodate combined loads, i.e. simultaneously acting radial and axial loads.
  3. Use for high-load, moderate-speed applications that include automotive axle systems and conveyor systems.

(The non-separable cone assembly consists of the inner ring, the rollers, and a cage that retains & evenly spaces the rollers. The cup is simply the outer ring.)

1

  • ABEC-1
  • Z2 Noise Level
  • Chromium Steel

1

Cone Shape

Tapered roller bearings distribute radial and axial loads evenly across the roller.

1

Separable

The inner ring with roller and cage assembly (cone) can be mounted separately from the outer ring (cup).

1

Convenient

The separable components are interchangeable, which facilitate mounting, dismounting and also maintenance inspection routines.

These bearing fit my 1971 Kawasaki MT-1 steering fork Replaces OEM P/N 92119-001. If you cant find the original, these bearings do work. Replaced the Thrust Bearing P/N 92119-001 on the parts diagram. Despite the fact they are the same measurements they were a little too thick so I had to remove the shim washers. However, they work just fine.
