great product. works as designed. Only 6 time options, and you can't combine them (which is a bummer), 15min, 30min, 1 hour, 2 hour, 4 and 6 hour.

I use this little timer to control a small space heater in a bathroom which can be cold in the mornings. The timer is easy to use and keeps me from forgetting to turn off the heater when I leave. It has multiple time settings and it is very accurate.

I am not sure if by pressing the repeat button (once) it messed the entire thing up, but after that it stopped turning appliances off, or would turn them off, but then they would turn back on after a minute or two, come on bright, dim, then turn off and repeat after another minute or two (like a light show). There was something inside that was rattling and after I read a review that it melted, I didn't want to take the chance so I returned it. Like I said if it did work it would have been great. Maybe I got a lemon.

Not all my hair appliances have auto-shutoffs and last week we had to come home from a movie because I was afraid I left one on. Talk about a ruined date night! Ordered this the next day and no more worries. I can set it for 30 minutes and after that it will shut off my curler if I happen to have left it on. It would also work great for lights if you're on vacation and want lights to come on in the evening, because it has a "repeat" setting so would put the lights on at the same time each day for whatever interval you choose. Will probably order a few more as they're small and inconspicuous at the outlet, unlike some other timers which are huge.
