Great range and Bluetooth connectivity. Haven't had a problem with the battery life. Location is accurate and easy to find in the app. Compatible with my android.

you cant recharge or replace the battery; you must replace the entire unit. i contacted customer service to see if they would grant a replacement since mine died after 18 months (id expect a warranty of at least 2 years?). their customer service was a joke - sending me lengthy emails that had nothing to do with my issue -- I presume their customer service is a poorly programmed AI?

Purchased to replace my old tracker. I wish the battery was replaceable. Maybe this is what makes it thin. Definitely would purchase again if needed.

I love these. They work with life360 app as well. They update roughly every hour. They are an excellent competitor to the air tags. I hid one in my child's tablet case and one in a vehicle. We have a vehicle that I was worried leaving in a questionable part of town. This gave me piece of mind. They are able to use separate wifi locations to ping location, which make this product invaluable.

downloaded andinstalled app. press find on phone and tile will chime. press tile then phone will ring. return to mainscreen then pushtile phone will not ring. watched afew youtube video do not know why phone will not ring. i bought tiles more for finding my phonethan for keys or wallet. its a budget android phone if anyone could solve this issueI would give 5 star rating
