I am very impressed with the Tikom Robot Vacuum and Mop L9000! The setup was a breeze. No complicated instructions or technical issues—very straightforward and hassle-free.I like the LiDAR Navigation feature. It maps out my home efficiently and cleans in a precise pattern. The robot vacuum cleaner works well on both carpet and hardwood floor. The suction is powerful, picking up dirt, dust, and hair effortlessly.I also love that it mops and vacuums at the same time—it's like having two machines in one. Overall, the robot vacuum and mop is an great value for the price and has made my cleaning routine so much easier.

The Tikom Robot vacuum cleaner is very efficient and user friendly. It is very well designed, it looks like a piece of art. Very easy to set up, great quality and worth the money. We would recommend this vacuum to everyone. We have been using this robot vacuum and mop for a week, it does a wonderful job! With its 360° LiDAR Navigation, we can customize the cleaning schedule for different floors according to our own needs, avoiding repeating the mapping process every time we change floors. L9000 robot vacuum and mop combo adopts the newest mopping technology, equipped with an electronically controlled water pump and adjustable 3-level water output, we can enjoy a completely clean home. With powerful 4000 Pa suction makes clean-up easier. Larger battery capability can support 150 minutes when in quiet mode, it sets multiple protections for the battery to ensure that the product is safe, and it will auto return to the charging station once the battery is Low.Overall, the Tikom Robot Vacuum and Mop is a great product for the price. The mop and vacuum are excellent!
