Meet Cinderella! Vac and mop automated robot. I was pretty skeptical at first, it does not have a large water basin for mopping, but it does a great job. It mops in a Y shape, which does a great job cleaning. I use a wood cleaner in the basin, and it has had no issues with sudsing or bubbles. The vacuum works well, I have 4 dogs, one is a husky, and it has done a great job cleaning up his hair.

I am extremely pleased how well this vacuum has continually cleaned my carpets and wood floor. When it has completed its job and goes back to the charging station I easily clean the bin and filter so it is ready for the next use.It operates exactly as stated and possibly better. I recommend this vacuum and seller.

I don't use it for mopping, just for vacuuming, but this is a great robot!Once the house is fully mapped you can just have it clean any room you want.I couldn't have asked for a better robot for the price.

Full disclosure....I do not have pets. So can't say if this is good enough for pet hair, etc. It is good enough for my household that doesn't get a whole lot of foot traffic, but does have a messy toddler who drops food/crumbs. The battery life is a lil disappointing, will run with a full battery & after about 20 minutes, maybe 30 max & it stops to charge.

I have a hard laminate floor ... and a dog. It's hard to keep the floor clean - only a day or so after vacuuming, the floor is already showing more dog hair. I have been using this vacuum for several months now, and I LOVE IT! I'm able to set it to work using a voice command on my Alexa device, and it does its thing while I'm doing other things I need to do. The capacity of the dirt collector is fine - even in a house like mine with lots of dog hair on the floor. I love having a clean floor without having to lift a finger! Highly recommended.

Setup was super easy and I love how the app lets you set restricted zones. Haven’t had to use the mop function yet but I plan to soon. The dust/dirt bin is small but that doesn’t bother me. Not too noisy and the suction power is really good!

I bought this to do a little automated cleaning between the days I cleaned my apartment. So far, it's done the job quite well. It has the features you'd expect: You can create zones and choose whether or not that zone is mopped or just vacuumed. Setting up the zones and automation is easy and the app also allows you to create virtual walls and restrict zones. I only had one minor issue with the brush attachments that come with it that you attach to the bottom tends to interfere with it's ability to come on and off the charging base easily.Maintenance is pretty easy. Dump it in the trash and refill the water. I had a slight leakage problem but this was because I overfilled the reservoir for the mop feature. Have not needed any replacement parts at this time.Giving 4 stars as I don't feel I'm doing anything wrong the charging base and brush attachment problem just a oversight in design.

This is the best thing I ever bought. It vacuums and mops. You have to download the app to use most fuctions. Although the listing says does not work on 5g this vacuum actually DOES work on 5g. To make it work you have to pause the 5g so it drops down to 2.4. You do this in your modem settings. Then you have to forget your wifi in your phones wifi setting and reconnect this will put you on 2.4 which the vacuum needs to connect. Once that is done you have to turn your Bluetooth on then open the app and press both buttons on the vacuum for 3 seconds to connect the app to the vacuum. You will here a voice says connected to the internet when you've done it right. You only have to do this once to connect the vacuum to the app. You have to do this in about 10 minutes because your wifi will automatically revert back to 5g. Then tell it to sweep from the app. When you first start it up it maps the entire floor of the house with lidar before it does anything else. The one picture is the map of my entire 1st floor. The 2nd map is the same map after editing, naming my rooms and customizing the settings for each room. It also shows what rooms it is cleaning and where the robot is at any given time. The build and functionality are are why I bought it in addition to not having to vacuum and mop myself. I have a bad back and less broom and mop pushing works for me. It has lower noise level than a regular vacuum and I can run it at night while I am sleeping. I don't use it on big spills just to keep the floor clean for the most part. It really does not run into things like other robot vacuums. It works quite well for my needs. The app takes time to get used to as there are no directions on its use. There are only set up directions for the vacuum itself. They also send out updates to the app and possibly to vacuum also as I have seen a check for update in the vacuum setting. I am still trying to figure out the update and what the change was and I'm pretty tech savvy. I have figured out most of it and it does what I need it to do. You basically tell the app what to do and it does it. I can tell it to do whole floor or just one room also you can set to mop and vac or just vac. My carpeted areas are set to just vacuum while my hardwood and kitchen floors are mop and vac. I just turn it on let it do it's thing and go out. Sometimes I forget to start it before I go out. So I just go to the app and program it remotely to do it's job from anywhere I am at. I have a dog and it does a good job of picking up loose hair. They only thing you really need to be proactive about are loose cords on the floor (For the loose cords it put no go zone up) also make sure you put any shoelaces out of reach of the vacuum. They will get tangled in the side brush. If it does it will talk to you and tell you. If you don't remove the jam it will turn itself off. Also you can not use traditional floor cleaners in the water tank. I highly recommend this product.

In the quest for a spotless home with minimal effort, robot vacuums have become indispensable. The BPMIO Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo, with its 4500pa strong suction and self-charging capabilities, promises to be a powerful ally in maintaining cleanliness. After using it extensively, here’s my detailed and balanced review.Design and Build QualityThe BPMIO Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo boasts a sleek and modern design that fits seamlessly into any home decor. The black finish gives it a sophisticated look, while the compact and low-profile design allows it to navigate under furniture with ease. The build quality is robust, with durable materials that suggest longevity. The vacuum features a user-friendly interface with touch controls on the top, making it easy to start, stop, and schedule cleaning sessions. The dustbin and water tank are easy to remove and clean, which is a significant plus for maintenance.Suction Power and Cleaning PerformanceOne of the standout features of this robot vacuum is its 4500pa strong suction power. This level of suction is impressive and ensures that the vacuum picks up everything from fine dust to larger debris. During my testing, it handled pet hair, crumbs, and dirt on both carpets and hard floors with ease. The mop function is a welcome addition, especially for homes with hard flooring. The water tank is easy to fill, and the mop attachment is simple to install. The vacuum does a decent job of mopping, although it’s more suited for light cleaning rather than deep scrubbing. It’s perfect for maintaining a clean floor between more thorough mopping sessions.Navigation and MappingThe BPMIO Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo uses advanced navigation and mapping technology to clean efficiently. It creates a map of your home, which you can view and customize through the accompanying app. This feature allows you to set no-go zones and specific cleaning areas, ensuring that the vacuum only cleans where you want it to.The vacuum navigates around obstacles with ease and rarely gets stuck. It can transition smoothly between different floor types and climb over low thresholds without any issues. The smart mapping ensures that it covers the entire floor space methodically, rather than moving randomly.Battery Life and Self-ChargingBattery life is another strong point for this robot vacuum. With a maximum runtime of 145 minutes, it can clean large areas on a single charge. In my experience, it managed to clean my entire apartment without needing to recharge. When the battery runs low, the vacuum automatically returns to its charging dock. This self-charging feature is incredibly convenient, as it ensures that the vacuum is always ready for the next cleaning session. The charging dock is compact and doesn’t take up much space, making it easy to place in a corner or against a wall.App and Smart FeaturesThe BPMIO Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo comes with a companion app that enhances its functionality. The app is intuitive and easy to use, allowing you to schedule cleaning sessions, view cleaning maps, and adjust settings. It also supports voice control through Alexa and Google Assistant, adding an extra layer of convenience. One of the standout features of the app is the ability to customize cleaning zones. You can draw virtual boundaries and specify areas that need more attention. This level of control is particularly useful for homes with complex layouts or specific cleaning needs.Noise LevelWhile no vacuum is completely silent, the BPMIO Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo operates at a relatively low noise level. It’s quiet enough to run while you’re at home without being too disruptive. On the highest suction setting, the noise level increases, but it’s still manageable and quieter than many traditional vacuums.Value for MoneyConsidering its features and performance, the BPMIO Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo offers excellent value for money. It is competitively priced compared to other high-end robot vacuums on the market, and its combination of strong suction, smart features, and long battery life make it a worthwhile investment. The added convenience of the mop function and the ability to customize cleaning zones further enhance its value. While it may not replace a traditional mop for deep cleaning, it’s perfect for maintaining a clean home with minimal effort.ConclusionThe BPMIO Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo is a powerful and versatile cleaning solution that lives up to its promises. Its strong suction power, efficient navigation, and smart features make it a standout choice in the market. While the mop function could be improved for more thorough cleaning, its overall performance and value for money make it a worthwhile investment for any homeowner.

These machines have come a long way over the last couple of years.Being able to map the rout using the app on my phone, there are very few areas that this machine misses. The LIDAR system is very precise and allows for tight mapping around the house into multiple rooms. The cleaning system does a thorough job of cleaning most surfaces. Like for most of these robots, The biggest challenge to it is cleaning small stones and sand off of hardwood.Docking to recharge is fairly straightforward and once docked, it is secure.Charging seems on par with other machines so no complaints there.Easy to use and pretty robust it seems like a pretty good buy.

The set up was easy and the mapping function is very good. It is possible to partition and name separate rooms and to set up several different 'no go' or restricted areas (unlike my older model where only one 'no go zone was allowed. You can also set up several different starting times and area options (I set it up to clean around my main entry way every day, but only do the whole house MWF. It cleans most of my 3000 sq ft house in about 100 minutes and then only takes about 2 hours to recharge and to finish.I was having some doubts about its suction ability as it seemed to miss particles on the floor. I finally picked up the unit and looked at it with the dust bin removed. The suction port was almost fully blocked with hair/lint. Once that was removed, it did well. With the LIDAR it maps well and intelligently cleans. It does not seem to bump into things. For the price it seems hard to beat.

I’ve been using the BPMIO B12 Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop Combo for a little over a month now, and while it’s not a bad product, there are a few things that could be better.First, the vacuum does an adequate job picking up dirt, dust, and pet hair on my hardwood floors. However it does leave some dust behind even when I change the suction power to high. If deep cleaning is what you are after, then look elsewhere. If you are looking for a light cleaning this could work for you.The mopping function, while a nice feature, also suffers from the same lack of deep cleaning ability. Think of it as you taking a slightly wet microfiber towel and lightly grazing the floor with one pass. This will not wipe away caked on foods off the ground. On the plus side, this unit is quiet as it runs. It has LIDAR so it cleans in an intelligent manner going up and down the room vs cleaning in random directions. There is also an app that allows you to not only control the unit and tell it when to clean but it also maps out the layout of your house allowing you to tell it where to clean. In the app you can create distinct cleaning “rooms” like a family room, kitchen, foyer, living room, etc. Once you setup each room, you can tell the unit to clean a specific room only. It even gives you the flexibility to identify certain areas to not clean because you may have a rug in the corner of the house. Pretty cool app customizability.Battery life seems decent. It was able to clean an entire 750 square foot area in about an hour on one single charge. Battery longevity is still a question mark.Overall, despite the BPMIO B12 having some nice app features when it comes down to its core function of “can it clean my house” it falls short and only provides adequate daily cleaning - not a deep clean.
