My drummer is terrible about remembering to bring his earplugs, so I bought these for us to have at band practice. They seem to work well. I haven't had to use them myself because I always remember to bring mine. But we still have a ton of them left after several months, so you get your money's worth.

In the high-decibel environment of a data center, where servers can emit noise levels exceeding 158 decibels, protecting one's hearing is of utmost importance. The earplugs have proven to be a game-changer. Unlike the standard foam earplugs provided, these are far more effective, fitting snugly and comfortably in the ear. While they don't completely eliminate the noise, they significantly reduce it, making short stints in the server room much more bearable. For extended periods, we pair them with ear cans for added protection. The comfort they offer is remarkable, effectively muffling the relentless drone of machinery.Communication has become a silent movie of sorts—we find ourselves reading lips or resorting to text messages to understand each other amidst the din. For everyday scenarios, like dealing with the persistent hum of construction, these earplugs excel at filtering out unwanted noise. What I particularly appreciate is their practical design. They're washable, built to last, and come with a handy cord that allows me to drape them around my neck when not in use. It's a thoughtful touch that ensures they're always within reach.

I'm a male with relatively small ear canals. I normally use the small ear tips on audio earbuds, and I'm also a musician that uses in-ear monitors (also with the small size ear tips). So I'm pretty familiar with using these types of in-ear devices, and yes, I do set them pretty deep into my ear canals. These ear plugs are nice, and easy to insert, but they are too small even for me. They don't seal very well and as a result, I get bleed-through from the room noise. If you have extra small ear canals, you will probably like these ear plugs. But I have to give them a 3/5 because they should fit a normal ear canal. Hope this helps.

The "Adult Wellness Center" that I frequent in our northwest Arkansas town has this wonderful large "therapy pool" with 90-degrees F water that makes an old body feel pretty wonderful (all over more than anywhere else). The main drawback there is they make us listen to this awful noise at a loud volume that some people mistakenly call "music". These soft plastic earplugs insert easily and securely into the ears better than the foam ones do, and ease my discomfort wonderfully. I heartily recommend this corded ear protection. Nice product, reasonable price.

Summary:Our employees like the ear plugs with the corded ear plugs with the cloth style cord instead of the rubbery style. We were having issues with our supplier substituting the rubber style in place of the cloth style when they were running low. We would receive complaints when this happened and would return the incorrect ones. After looking more into this, we found that we were paying between $130 to $150 per 100 ear plugs, with our employees throwing them away every day. That is when we decided to test run these. Below are the pros and cons we discovered after trialing these in our facility.Pros/Cons:Pros:- Comfort: Our employees really like how comfortable these are. The silicone plugs feel nice, are easy to insert, and are an all-around good replacement for the previous plugs. The cord has a nice feel, especially when they start to sweat.- Price: At roughly $22 per 100, these are a huge cost savings to our facility.- Removeable plugs from cord: Some of our employees prefer to not have a corded ear plug. These are nice since the plugs can be easily removed from the cord, and they can even be put back on if you wish to put them back on- Quick delivery: I have placed muliple orders for these and received them the next day. If we continue to purchase these, we will go with the Subscribe and save option.- Bags: Each earplug is individually bagged. The bags are easy to open.Cons:- Cord length: These are about an inch or more shorter than our previous brand. Some employees have noticed this and commented that they really like them, but they wish the cord was longer.- Removable cord: I have this as both a pro and con. In some cases, we've had the cord come off easily and in a few instances, the cord did not have the plastic coating to help get it back into the ear plug.Final Summary:We have found very little to complain about with these earplugs. These have met out needs and have been fully accepted by our employees. If the dB level meets your own standards, these are a great substitute or replacement for more expensive brands. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
