FINALLY! I found what I been looking for Muffin TOP Pans, like the old Seinfeld episode. Resulting muffins are flatted but wider and have more top space for crumbs and topper edibles. Pans are non stick, but I always lightly use minimal Pam spray...butter flavored.The set includes 3 pans with 4 muffin slots in each making it easy to bake a few or many.Also, this is handy for shaping raw meat and fish patties as well as homemade potato pancakes, where you want each one to be the same size. HIGHLY recommend to any home chef.

Makes perfect egg patties for breakfast sandwiches. Sprayed the pans with a little non-stick spray to be safe and popped those bad boys in the oven. Eggs slid out nice and easy, no muss, no fuss.

Bought these at the last minute to make Yorkshire puddings for the first time. They arrived the next day and used for Christmas dinner. I had never made Yorkies before, but remembered a very shallow "muffin" pan being sold in the UK, so knew these would be similar, if not the same based on the photo and description. Yorkies came out great and delicious and the pans were very easy to clean. The 3 pans came in a cardboard box for easy storage. Not sure how often I'll use them, but they were not expensive so worth it for a novelty dinner treat now and then.

Study, good quality. One minor imperfection but did not hinder the baking. Nice nonstick pan. Easy to clean. I used two bags of muffin mix and it was a perfect amount.

These muffin pans are very good quality. Solid material and excellent non-stick finish.They came well packaged. Each one was packed individually. Three muffin toppans with 4 wells each. The pans have a nice non-stick finish. Super easy to wash up.I would say if I had to buy this type of pan all over again, I would for sure buy these samepans again, no contest. The size of these is great. You can add one or two to the over, noproblem, or use both racks in the over and use all four pans. I love the size of them. They'renot as big as a traditional muffin pan, and for me, that is a plus, because with these smallersize pans, I am less likely to burn myself on the over door/rack because theyre so mucheasier to handle. (I'm a klutz, so this may only be a 'me thing', so ymmv.)Bottom line, these are great quality pans. They do what they are supposed to do.I would tell anyone looking for muffin top pans to get these, they really do their jobwell. Get some and get those blueberry muffins in the oven already! : )
