I’m a huge fan of this brand and have switched over almost all of my bakeware. Love the ease of popping brownies or loafs out of these pans once they’re cooled makes life so much easier! Great product! Doesn’t hurt that they’re so cute!

I love this pan. Easy use and clean. I made brownies - it's like little brownie sticks. If you have a household that likes the edges - this is the pan for youI tried to review both pans but it won't let me do them separatelyThis pan is great for so much more than brownies too!

I found this muffin pan while reviewing a recipe, that had a link to it. I am so tired of metal pans and the cleaning of them, some rust and they take up a lot of real estate in my cabinets. When I opened the box and felt the quality of this pan I was really amazed. This is going to be easy, to transport, clean and store. i also ordered the brownie pan- quite expensive, for a brownie pan- but it will last a long time

This is a really great product. I use it for making a large breakfast muffins. You do not have to spray the containers. They come out perfect and do not stick to the pan. Plus, they are great for storage because you can squish them down to a very thin sheet.

It worked great! Nothing stuck to it. Iade egg cups and they popped right out. It was wasy to clean. It was sturdy and did not collapse carrying to the oven!

my recommendation is to just buy two of them. Because once you have one, you’ll wish you had two and then you won’t have to wait to do two batches. These work so great with muffins and especially egg bites. I despise making egg bites because they stick to the muffin tin, but they do not stick to this. My first one I had for years and it is still in great quality. The cleanup is also super easy. Highly recommend these. Would give it a 10 if I could.

I bake a lot of jumbo muffins and I like using silicone pans but the ones I have been using have no handles that are rigid - so it can be really difficult to switch shelves in the oven or get them into the oven initially without spilling the batter. These are genius! So much easier to transport to oven and switch oven shelves etc. So far, having made a few batches of muffins, they bake perfectly and the muffins pop right out with no running a knife around the edges needed etc. Clean up has been a breeze - much easier than the earlier ones I had that seemed to get little bits of baked on better stuck in them and it was very hard to get it off, even with soaking. Worth the extra $$ if you bake a lot!

Home cook, I started with a Trudeau Confetti mini-loaf pan last fall for bake sale baking. It is Wonderful stuff!!! I am now buying +pieces, when I’m able, where I have a baking pan need. Not ever going back to coated metal. When possible, I hope to be all silicone baking, short of high heat cast iron. Quick breads, more serious breads, muffins, cakes, individual layered meals, such a breeze. Everything browns beautifully in these silicone pans. The only thing I don’t do is use it for a very hot oven, like if a recipe calls for 425F or hotter, I choose black iron.ProsRims: the rims and handles are reinforced, pans are easy to pick up and manage; there’s no unwanted collapsing, folding or wiggling.Non-stick: I have Never had non stick anything that performs like silicone, it’s just amazing. Remove a mini muffin with one poke. Remove them all in a few seconds. No sticking, no lost/broken/fractured product and no mess.Butter: I brush lightly, as advised by manufacturer, using softened butter on a silicone pastry brush = browning is beautiful top to bottom.Cookie sheet: I set the silicone pans on a cookie sheet for putting into the oven, not directly on the oven rack.Cleanup: literally a hot rinse will clean it completely and right now. No long soaks required. Thorough hand wash or dishwasher when you want, cleanup is just the easiest thing ever.Cons: none so far.Highly Recommended.In case, like me last fall, you haven’t tried silicone baking yet, maybe try one piece of Trudeau that’s right for your most messy, tricky, sticky, tough to get out in one piece, takes overnight soaks to clean the pan thing. The cost isn’t bad and I was blown away with results.

Bought this to make SB knockoff egg bites. (recipes all over the internet)Very nice size. Great food release. Even cooking. I wiped the inside of each cup with a bit of bacon grease before baking. Cleanup was a breeze with a little Dawn and a dish rag.The pan has a embedded metal edge, which makes it fairly sturdy. Here's the small shortcoming... to make these egg bites, you place the muffin pan inside a 13 X 9 baking pan that is half filled with water. When used in this way, the center of the muffin pan sags quite a bit. It would be great if there were an embedded metal stiffener across the center.
