Sturdy construction and strong Velcro.I wore it every day for 2-3 months and my severe lateral epicondylitis (aka tennis elbow) is gone!!! No more pain.

I’ve tried several arm bands for tennis elbow and this one is the best overall. Easy to put on. Good adjustment with velcro. Nice pad for pressure point. Washes nicely—velcro closes and remains closed so it doesn’t snag other items in the wash. Laid it flat to dry—hasn’t stretched out after over 12 years. I recommend trying this armband before others!

This is good if your pain is around a 7 or below. It’s comfortable enough to wear for a while.

テニスはしないのですが、テニス肘になってしまい、購入しました。最初は他のメーカーのものを買ったのですが、自分でつけるのが大変で、つける時点でズレてしまい、そしてあまり効果がないような気がしていました。洗い替えに違うものを買おうとこちらを選んだのですが、何せ自分でつけやすく、そして、一度つけると絶対にズレません。簡単装着できて、程よく柔らかい。でも、中のパッドが程よくサポートしてくれます。また、前のものより効果があると思います。もう一つ洗い替えに買おうかと検討中です。オススメ！

I’d been searching for a lightweight, comfy, padded brace for my tennis elbow.. and thought I’d found it, with this one. Unfortunately it’s a bit wide & not ideal for my needs. It is comfortable & easy to adjust.. does not slip.

帯部分が細く、圧迫部分が硬いタイプのものを長らく使用していたが、自分の症状には圧迫部分が広く軟らかいこちらのほうが向いていたらしい。あれだけ気になっていた前腕付け根の痛みをほとんど感じない。帯のゴムやベルクロもいい感じのフィット感で、ズレなども起きない。ただ、長時間の着用による蒸れやカブれは普通に起きるので、着けたまま寝るようなことはしないほうがいい。

あんなに痛かったのに、普通に仕事出来るようになりました。ただ、一日中締め付けることになるので、二日後には腕が子供みたいにむくんでしまいます…一日の時間を決めて締め付けないとって感じですね。

Best product I’ve found in a long time for my tendonitis when I have it. Helps me to prevent it and takes away the pain when I do have it. It’s more small in width like the stupid ones in the stores like Walmart and Walgreens! It has good stretch and because it’s Velcro it Dosen’t have the plastic clasps that hurt when tightening it enough for good use! I will buy more eventually to make sure I always have them!!

I'm going to use the terminology neutral. This band was very comfortable and actually helped but after two weeks it started loosening up where I had to buy a new and different kind from another company. I will give this product three stars

I love this compression sleeve! I've tried like 3 different kinds of compression or tennis elbow cuffs/bands. This is by far the best option. The gel pad is bulky enough to relieve pressure from the inflamed tendon but slim enough that I can wear it and it won't catch on things. I could also wear a long sleeve shirt and it wouldn't be that noticeable. All the other cuffs I've tried are bulky and move around or get caught on things. I work a physically demanding job and the other compression band I had was always getting caught! It was also very bulky and no matter how tight I made it, it would slip around on my arm after wearing for a while. This one does make my arm a bit clammy after wearing all day but it's in no way as bad as the bulky cuffs as far as making my arm sweat. I take this one off and put on the band I have to sleep and give my arm a break from being compressed. That seems to be the magic formula for finding relief for me from the horrible pain I had been in for months! It does have some pills on it from wearing so much after a few weeks. It's starting to look a bit ratty so I bought a second one. This one is my work sleeve now. I guess the new one will be my dressy compression sleeve! Hehe. I'm very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend this compression sleeve to anyone who's tired of trying other options especially if you have a smaller arm. This one is sized. I bought a small and that was just too small so I exchanged it for a medium and that fits perfect. With other tennis elbow cuffs, I felt like they were made for a man's arm and I couldn't get them tight enough or there was a long end hanging off from tightening. This solves that problem completely the way it has a sleeve and a wrap band as well. You can make it as tight as you want or loosen it a bit if you're getting tired of wearing it. If you're on the fence, I'd give it a try!
