I absolutely love this bike seat! The installation is quite simple. You install the mount to your bike and the seat has a quick release bracket. It makes it so you can swap between bikes. You have to purchase another mount for each bike though. It is very easy to install/uninstall with this mount. The seat itself is very lightweight though strong. It has a hard outer shell, and the seat has soft padding. The straps are very thorough and safe with easy magnetic childproof buckling. It's easy on and off. My toddler appears to be quite comfortable in it. The footrests are easily adjusted to your child's height. It does look very attractive too in solid black, though there is a safety reflector. I really feel that my child is very safe in this seat as well as comfortable. This helps us all enjoy our bike rides that much more!

Sent a unboxed product missing items and keys the return slip backing in the delivery box that it was put in. This has wasted my time which i should be compensated for my time and frustration,

The two best features from this new version of the YEPP is the frame mount that allows you to quickly swap the seat between different bikes (as long as you buy another frame mount). It looks like the additional frame mount runs about $50 and its something that I'm going to get. Just like how I always had a couple of car carrier bases in each car, having the frame mount permanently installed and set into place makes using this seat so much easier and also give you the piece of mind that everything is set in the right location and properly tightened. The alternative before was to take everything apart and then rushing to remount the seat, more than once have I personally not have the seat mounted perfectly because of this rush. Now, I don't have to ever worry that I have created an unsafe seat on the bike. That piece of mind alone is well worth the extra $50.

This child's bike seat is both comfortable and easy-to-use on your next outing. It's going fit most traditional frame bikes, but you might want to check the website to make sure that it fits what you own. Installation was pretty straightforward and simple process, which didn't take long at all. The seat can be quickly popped on and off with the quick-release once the bracket has been mounted. The seat feels very sturdy and like it's attached securely to the bike. It's nice to have the rear reflector on the back of the bike for extra visibility. I can't figure out for the life of me why you'd have your child out in less visible conditions with you, but you still see it. The footrests and straps are adjustable based on size and growth. I really like the 5-point harness with the magnetic safety buckle, which is still childproof. This will accommodate children up to 40 lbs in weight and 43.3 inches in height. It should last for multiple children and probably still be passed on to someone else, because it's very well-made.

I am most familiar with Thule for their high quality car cargo containers - so I was intrigued when I saw they also make child seats. It is a very high quality bike seat with some nice features. To install there is a base which gets screwed on to the frame of the bike - and the seat portion just slides into that - super easy. The actual seat is also removable so you can quickly detach when not riding with a child. The child straps feel strong, secure and have a unique clip which holds in place magnetically. The seat is very lightweight but sturdy. My kids have enjoyed using it and seem comfortable too.

Yepp's Nexxt Maxi is the lightest, most convenient child's bike seat made. You may find criticisms of this seat in shopper's reviews, but most fall into the "you didn't read the description first" category. E-bikes and small frame bikes are going to have trouble fitting frame mount seats. You might get lucky and find that this seat works with your ebike, but the likelihood of it fitting a non-standard frame is small. If your frame is unusual, you're better off putting a rack on your bike and buying the version of this seat made for rack mounting rather than frame mounting.This is the Yepp Nexxt Maxi 2. It differs from the first version of the Yepp Nexxt Maxi in the following areas:- Provides additional head, arm, and leg protection.- Meets new (May 2023) European safety regulations- More padding in the seat.Thule's design hits every major criterion for a great car seat. This frame mounted seat can be removed quickly by pulling the entire seat up and out of the bracket that is left attached to the frame. Twin rods that support the seat also anchor the seat in the frame mount bracket. There's a lock on the frame bracket to keep the seat from being stolen or removed. The seat can be moved back on its supporting rods and up and down on the frame to provide clearance between your calves and the child's foot protection wells at the bottom of the seat assembly.The seat is comfortable. The mount is stable and solid. The seat is easily transferred to another bike on which a frame mount is attached.
