Every new product is put through temperatures of icy northern cold and burning desert heat, long sessions of intensive UV radiation, a salt chamber for corrosion endurance, several pressure and capacity tests – and finally a machine that shakes it for a lifetime’s worth, simulating two trips around the world in less than a week. Yes, the Thule Test Center is kind of brutal. But that’s the way the world is. Used fit guide and ordered what’s was supposed to fit but if you have a bz4x with glass roof with no roof rails it simply won’t fit. I contacted Thule about it and they were saying in a nice way that I just don’t know how to install it. Ended up modifying the rubber pad. It works but customer service while being fast made me so angry.

The parts list for these Thule racks was somewhat difficult to find, and the Thule site did not list this fit kit separately, so I was very glad to find them here. REI, where I ordered the rest of the parts also did not seem to have these available. I think I finally have all the parts I need.
