The good- I love the concept of these hooks and speeding up my mini logging operation. Hooks appear to be well made.The bad- My pack was previously opened and someone helped themselves to one of the items. There was writing on the inside of the flap of the box indicating an item was missing. Big A sent it anyway. Now my only option is return and re-order. Why they cant just send me the one missing item?

I have them installed on my logging chains but haven’t had a chance to actually use them. I think they will be a game changer.
