I am a Vine reviewer who actually opens the box, really tests, really evaluates, and writes really honest unbiased reviews of products. Really.I always go back and read the advertiser description and other reviews. No other reviews at the time of this writing.Item arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Item came with batteries which was a nice touch.After perusing the instructions my helper and I ran the device through some simple tests, and I am thoroughly convinced this device is competent. It *may* have been slightly off at lower temps, but once the temps got above 100°F it appeared to be dead on.How do I know this? I was comparing it to a commercial grade temperature sensor that a man who makes 'em for a living gave me many years ago. That device needs 120V AC to operate and is a bit bulky for simple stuff. The device in this review being "cordless" will be extremely handy when measuring temps.I made a few more tests than I show in pictures and am extremely happy with the results.I feel the advertiser's description is accurate and comprehensive.Nice item, recommended!
