I love the dog dish, but it doesn't hold 8oz. My dogs love it as it makes it easier for them to grab all of their food. I would recommend the 16oz size.

I picked up this bowl for my little miniture poodle puppy. It works great and doesn't slide around on the floor. It is high quality and not super thin tin metal like some bowls. I love the design and goes well with some of my other puppy items like my leash and dog bed. A+ I would buy again but unless I step on the bowl and bend it I think it will last the lifetime of my pup.

I have a 12 week old puppy and a 10 year old dog in the same space. Little guy has given the old guy a new lease on life battling to the death until one gets tire or runs for a drink of water. These bowls don't slide around and they stay pretty clean. Sometimes too clean for others in the house to see when they have run out. I have the 8 and 16 oz for when little guy is by himself and it's nice not to have them slide around on hard floors

We adopted a rescue recently and needed a larger bowl. The half-gallon capacity of the Thermocool insulated dog bowl is much larger than the ones we were using, made of quality, stainless steel, which is very easy to clean and still looks looks like new. My wife and I like the black and white, dog-themed design, and, having all hardwood flooring, the non-slip bottom was definitely a must. Very nice dog bowl.

Good quality bowl for your cat or dog. Durable, very easy to clean. I like the pink color design. It's relatively small, would probably be a bit too small for a big dog. But just right for a bigger-sized cat. Should work fine for a small-to-medium sized dog as well. Five stars!

The bowl is a great size for a small dog. The non slip grip on the bottom does help keep the bowl in place. The bowl feels more like a plastic material with a thin layer of stainless steel inside the bowl. This is a great bowl to keep in the car for when you are on the go but still need to take care of your fur baby.
