Super easy to install and for such a cheap price you should just buy it cause itll help temps and you dont have to worry about thermal paste overspill

I can't yet say how or if this has affected temps. I have this on an MSI X670E/7900x3d with a NZXT Kraken Elite 240 RGB AIO. The fit and finish of this piece is spot on. It very securely mounted to the motherboard and looked great to boot. Applying thermal paste (Corsair XTM70) was a breeze and the AIO pump head fit right on as expected. The PC runs cool with the AIO and accomplishes all the demands I put on it. I would buy this again for any AM5 builds I have.

It's been several months now. It does what it is supposed to do. I haven't had any issues at all. No thermal issues and no warping issues. The system I built is running optimally and stable.

Apart from the absolute mess that is Amazon delivery and my items arriving at 8pm.... This AM5 CPU plate is perfect! No issues at all, fit my Arctic Freezer III AIO cooler perfectly, very cool temps, protects CPU and made installation and thermal paste application so much easier. Significantly cooler temps by 4-5+ degrees

Is it really necessary for an am5 cpu? No, not at all. Does it improve performance/thermals? Marginally, if at all. But it looks cool, and it keeps thermal paste from getting into the grooves of the ihs. All necessary screws included.

Easy to install. For just a few bucks this is made to replace the factory cpu bracket with a more secure alternative. Does it improve temps? Eh not really maybe about a degree. I’ve seen test bench results. And literally make no difference for amd cpu becasue they are generally still square. There was a few degree difference for intel cpu so maybe you can get it for that but the temp difference is still small.Overall: it just feels cool to install.
