The man in the picture makes it look like it's very easy to flex, yes, he aready have muscles.As a 👩 woman it's way, WAY, too, too hard to flex because it is NOT FLEXIBLE!!!

I was scared at first to buy it but after taking the leap of faith this thing is easy to use, very good quality and a very good work out with soo many possibilities definitely worth every penny!!

The exercise piece came unassembled but was easy to put together. I bought it as a gift for a young teen. There’s no way to lighten the tension on the item so it’s very hard to pull it together. The video that was displayed makes it look very easy but it’s not. I tried to pull it together, several men in the family and the teen that I bought it for. If you’re looking for a challenge this is for you. If you wanted something midway I would look elsewhere.

I've bought my power bar and I enjoy it very much I get great work out it makes my upper body feel great afterwards 💪 and I takes it too work every day 💪.

This actually showed up just in time for my afternoon workout. I bought it to isolate my chest but what I really like is while you're doing the chest. It's also working your upper back a lot of bang for your buck here. Yeah very effective. At my age I'm all about a little bit of mass but a lot of definition and this thing is perfect.

Update: The company reached out to me the same day and actually corrected their mistakes, no questions asked! I will definitely continue shopping for their products in the future!Product arrived slightly rusty. See attached picture. The outer box looks fine, no water damage, so not sure why this part came rusted. I was able to use wet paper towel to wipe off rust. Lots of rust was wiped off… but for a new product, this is concerning.. also this is the part that you will touch a lot.. anytime you need to remove or adjust.. this is where you touch.Overall product works as intended.
