Meet Zeus, our "tweenie" dachshund - an expert in finding the one piece of kibble in a bowl of fresh dog food and expertly flicking it to the floor. He’s not a picky eater, per se - he’ll happily devour any human food in sight - but when it comes to dog food, even the so-called gourmet stuff, he usually gives it a hard pass. So, when The Pets Table arrived, we didn’t have high hopes. We’ve been down this road before. There was a time when our freezer was a museum of untouched, premium, fresh dog food, and we had to start sneaking it into our own meals just to move through the inventory. (Dog food stir-fry, anyone?)But then something wild happened. We thawed out a pouch, served it up, and… Zeus ate it. Voluntarily. With enthusiasm. No coaxing, no tricks, no mixing it into our own dinner - just pure, tail-wagging approval. That alone earns The Pets Table a five-star rating in our household. But beyond Zeus’s newfound love for his own food, this brand ticks all the right boxes:✔ Human-grade ingredients – No fillers, no weird byproducts, just real food.✔ Nutritionally complete – Crafted by board-certified veterinary nutritionists, so we don’t have to stress about missing nutrients.✔ Easy to serve – Thaws in the fridge, has portion guides, and doesn’t require a culinary degree to prepare.✔ Made in the USA – With high-quality ingredients and safety standards we can trust.Final Verdict: If your dog has turned their nose up at other fresh dog foods, The Pets Table might be the game-changer you’ve been looking for. It certainly was for Zeus, and that’s saying a lot.Way to go, Pets Table!

I was so impressed with the shipping and packaging of this product. It came in a large box with what I believe was packed with dry ice and padding all around. Super professional packing.Upon opening, the box contents were still completely frozen. The product comes in a large plastic bag with 6 pouches of food inside. The dog food is in very readable plastic packages with serving sizes right on the package. The first night I let one of the packages thaw out in the refrigerator for 24 hours. The next day, instead of opening the package in the normal way, I actually cut the package with kitchen scissors. Easily cutting the plastic pouch into exactly the right amount I wanted to feed each of my dogs. I'm using this as a topper to the kibble I feed them on a daily basis. The ingredients are great, and this is human grade food, which I really like. I've always fed my dogs better than I feed myself. All 4 of my mastiffs loved the food and only one of them got a little extra gassy. She's normally the one that does though. The rest had no issues at all. I'm feeding a pretty small amount the first couple of time, so their system can get used to it.They all handled it very well and I'm ultra impressed with not only the quality of the food, but the way they measure and package the product so well. 5 stars all the way.

Our dog is on a raw meat/organ diet and loves it- but we also love spoiling our boy with extra foods everyday so avoid boredom from eating the same day forever. So we always add in some type of protein with his patties. Ranging from roasts, liver, and all kinds of chicken- he likes things to rotate every few months. These pre-portioned meal sleeves made with real food have become a wonderful alternative for when I dont have the time to cook and portion ground beef, chicken thighs, shredded beef, etc. Our dog is extremely picky and we were very hesitant to see if he would like this. Any time we have purchased other raw patties other than beef- (they recommend to rotate proteins for diversified nutrition) he refuses to eat it which ends up being a very costly mistake on our end. We found that instead of getting turkey, lamb or rabbit raw patties, we stick to the beef ones and just rotate the additives instead. Well, happy to report he LOVED this. It always brings a huge smile to my face when our task/toy motivated dog is actually excited for mealtime- he could usually care less and prefers to play literally 24/7. This will be a staple in our freezer for the ease it brings to everyday life. I love that there is an option for a variety kit- that is exactly what we need to keep his taste buds on their toes!

My doggos gobble this stuff up, but it's pretty high cost. It arrives frozen shipped with dry ice (which is always fun to mess around with). Personally it isn't something I can afford for daily meals, but more of a backup for when you aren't going to cook something like this yourself that day.

My two small dogs love this food, but they're not picky so that is no surprise. The food arrived packed in dry ice and there were no issues with unboxing or the ice not lasting long enough. I like the flat bags for stacking neatly in my freezer. The portion system isn't the most clear. There are markings on the bags but the design is a little confusing. The water in the food separates as leftovers sit in the fridge. This was kind of gross and made the process messy. The water reincorporated with some good stirring, though.I wish it came with instructions for room-temp/warm serving. Dogs often have sensitive teeth and serving it straight of the fridge is surely not as nice as it being slightly warm. They would prefer it room temp, but for danger-zone purposes, they've just been having it cold.Overall, this is a really high quality food that my dogs love. It's reassuring to feed them human-grade food, but it's just not financially feasible for this to be more than a special occasion. I did the math and it would cost $13,000/year to feed my two small dogs. I don't spend that much on myself for a year of food so there's just no way of justifying it. I can't imagine trying to feed this to a big dog or two. This just isn't feasible for most people, but that's my problem, so I'm still giving it 5 stars.
