This flask has a great flask look and design to it, but is much larger and more robust than the typical flask. I used it on a recent trip down the Big South Fork in Tennessee and Kentucky, and it packed in my canoe pack much better than any glass or plastic liquor bottle could have. It is also leakproof and tough so you know you aren't getting liquor leaking all over the inside of your pack. Really nice size for several days, I am considering getting a second for a upcoming week long canoe trip, so scotch AND rum can join me. The cup is nice too, good for tasting what everyone else brought along or making a cocktail.

Attaches nicely to my blind bag without the bulk and weight of a regular canteen. Alice 30 round mag pouch is the perfect size for this as well! Great addition to my canoe hunts.

Iv bought alot of pathfinder gear and its exactly what I thought it would be.You can't go wrong with most things designed by dave Canterbury he's well known in the survival and bushcraft crowd for a good reason.I bought this for an edc bottle that would fit into a cargo pocket without being to bulky like the round bottles are and it works perfectly. The only improvement id make to this is it is a little bit rattly kind of annoying realy and the strap doesn't do the best job of stopping it but I wrapped a couple of layers of no12 bank line around the bottle and it goes in nicely and comely Stepps the rattle and makes the bottle nice and tight. If you follow my advice and do this don't wrap the whole bottle it looks nice but its pretty much impossible to get the bottle back out by hand it took a bit of thinking on my part to get them separated without damage.Just 5 to 10 wraps max.

This is a robust solid flask, well made and reasonably thick walls. This should last your lifetime if looked after even minimally. Could use a wider opening to drink from, but the one on it is not small either. The cup is an emergency unit, also well made and should be useable to boil water in an emergency. But the cup being shaped how it is, is not going to be your first choice.Great for kids water bottle even better for adult juice. (Don't use sugar drinks as it's hard to clean)Mine seems to hold approx 19oz550mlI've been looking for a stainless steel flask like this since 1993.

Good size for hiking. Fits in cargo pants well. Does rattle a bit when walking but can be stopped with small twig.
