The product was supposed to include 2 quarts of oil, but they weren’t in the box. I’ve reached out twice, and nothing has been done.

Was missing a spark plug and one of the quarts of oil the lid was loose and was leaking in the box got half the stuff all wet with oil.

Blades aren’t the greatest quality so they won’t last as long as some other ones but for the price they are worth it to get your mower in tip top shape for the season

Included everything I needed for my model. I did compare part #s to the Hustler Raptor website just to verify correctness before purchasing. I made the mistake buying another package from a different company that claimed to fit my model but none of the parts did.
