We have been satisfied with this ice bath. It sits on the balcony of our townhome. During the winter it stays a perfect cold temperature that doesn't require ice. The cover makes it nice to keep things out. The XL size works for me and I am 6'7". The set up was really easy and it doesn't take up too much room.

I bought this for our 18 year olds birthday he has been really getting into cold plunging. I had looked in to a bunch of the more expensive tubs but figured we would try this to get more bang for our buck. I just wasn't sure I wanted to commit to paying a fortune if he wasn't sure he was going to use it all the time. It works great and doesn't take up a ton of room which is great if we need to move it. We currently have it in our garage and it is perfect he uses it all the time and it works great! The only thing we noticed is if you don't wipe it down every few days it kinda gets a bit of a film. I will probably end up buying the attachment where we don't always have it outside. But 10/10 would recommend if you are not wanting to go bankrupt buying a cold plunge tub.

I bought the bigger one, 90 cm. Excellent product, I am very happy with it. I already used it. I cannot fault it at all. I would highly recommend it. For the record: I started to use it when I started my 3 days sardine/mackerel challenge. The result was 2.2 lb (1kg) weight loss after 24 hours. About the cold bath: at first I just stepped in it, then I got out after few seconds, then I put my arms in the cold water, then I stepped in again. I repeated it few times, until I realised that I couldn't feel the cold anymore. Then I started to sit down gradually. I still cannot believe that I was able to do that.:)

Very good. I was happy with my purchase. However there are some changes I would make.I believe there are leeks in it. Upper ring needs to be inflated every day or so and the water level keeps dropping; despite making sure that the respective valves are properly sealed.Also if there could be a floating thermometer, that would be a huge bonus; Even if you added the cost into the product I would be happy to pay the extra money as it would be extremely helpful.Other than them flaws, everything is perfect. The size is good and I can easily submerge my whole body.

Mainly want to do this review as the customer service they provide is fantastic - the top cover of my cold pod was gusted off in the wind overnight last week, considering I live in the countryside who knows where it ended up - I contact the seller, they reply and ship off a replacement cover that arrives the next day.I’ve only used the cold pod once, but it seems to do the job - drainage system works pretty well, not the material I expected but is sturdy when filled with water so can’t complain :)

Pro: good size, 2 drain options (side and bottom), included cover, priceCon: from straight out of the box, inner tube needs pumped up daily. Multiple pinholes in innertube that I was unable to patch. Now, after only 2 months, the tub is leaking all around the bottom and water is all over my garage floor. Not durable. Do not recommend unless you are looking for a very temporary solution.

I have been signed off for for 3 months now with a back injury, although physio was helping i was only attending once a week and no amount of medication was helping with the pain i was living with on a day to day basis, mix that with a lack of range of movement and you become very fed up very quick. I had heard of the benefits to cold plunging but had never got around to purchasing an ice bath. I decided its something i needed to try as if it could aid my recovery it would be a game changer. I looked up the cold pod as i had heard SO MANY great reviews on this particular product.Fast forward 10 days and i am feeling great, i plunge every morning as this is where most of my pain and stiffness is prominent after sleeping, 10-15mins (reducing temperature each time i have worked down to 10 degrees currently) and out followed by naturally letting the body warm up. The effects have been incredible, i have been experiencing less pain, improved mobility and reduced stress. It was becoming a mental injury as well as physical with the amount of time i have been off with no improvement, let me tell you this has helped bring my motivation back clear all fatigue and i can now start my days feeling fitter and stronger with a return to work now in sight. This product is amazing not only for sore muscles but for muscular injuries and their recovery. 10 out of 10

My husband uses his Pod every day, the larger size easily accommodates him (he’s 6ft 4)The only problem is the lid, which is thin and sinks down into the water and collect water/debri in it. Not a huge issue, but a solid plastic lid would be better.

I bought the XL version. It came in a small box...I was surprised how much was in this tiny box... well done..."Assembly": it is hard to call it "Assembly" ... because it was so much simpler than "Assembly"... you simply slipped small poles into a sleeve... I like that kind of simplicity.... Well doneI am 6ft, 230 lbs, and I can easily get in up to my neck above my shoulders comfortably.... dunking my head is difficult... I would like to have had it three inches taller.The bottom is slightly padded which is actually fairly important for getting in and also for sitting.It holds A Lot of water... so you need to have access to lots of ice (depending upon your climate ... i have it outside on a porch in a Gulf of Mexico climate). I used 8 one gallon ice blocks from my freezer to start (water out of tap was 82 degrees). I used some six quart storage containers from walmart to make the ice and probably put about 4 quarts of water in each container and then put that in freezer overnight...The lone problem so far: The rim is supposed to be air filled... but it does not hold the air for more than a few minutes.... so I blow the rim up each time before using it (at 20 to 25 seconds). That is why I give a 4/5 instead of 5/5.If I remember, I will write another review after a few weeks or months.
