The wood was split all the way through on a leg and on top. The hinges are super tight and difficult to open and close.

This arrived caked in dirt, mud, and mold(?). Had to scrub it down thoroughly before putting it inside my house.The hinges are slightly rusted. Overall I’m not impressed.

I had ordered and returned several different stools from other sellers because they either had protruding sharp edges or hinges that would cause painful bruises or cuts. Some returned stools did not fit the contours of my toilet which made them hang out into the floor space too far. This one was a perfect fit for my bathroom and has been very comfortable to use. I would highly recommend it if the design and brand are still the same.

I'm 5'10 with longer legs, this thing was too tall and made it unusable. Check the height before buying.

I bought this as a transition stool for my preschooler THEN realized it was a potty-squatty thing. Love it, for both reasons. 4 stars because one leg does not straighten all the way, but is still stable. Little slats are hard to clean, and with a preschooler, it is hard to get fluids (yes, gag) out of there. Still love it, though.
