Not really got to use this device because it connects only to 2.4Ghz WiFi. But i thing it's a great product.

The description could be more clear, imo. I was looking for a device that would monitor temp AND humidity - I assumed this did that, and I suppose technically it does, but not at the same time. It comes with two sensors, one for temp, and one for humidity and you can only plug one of them in at a time. This was almost an awesome product.

I wanted a device like this to mess around with so I can have some remote relays I can switch on and off as we build our 21st century homestead. Only thing I'm not a fan of is that it's not supported by Google Home, but does Smart Life, so Im not stuck in Tuya's app. Smart devices is a relatively new field, so there is a lot of apps out there and some main ones that cover most sensors. Basically, if you plan on programming this to automatically work turning stuff on and off or switching on and off relays, this will get the job done and you'll probably only need to program it once. If you want to interact with it a lot to turn something on and off, then it'll fall short. It's realistically made for a situation where you're heating or cooling an area, or setup to activate humidifiers or dehumidifiers which is a situation you got something climate controlled like plants in a green house. For that, you'd program and be one and done. There are other products out there which are better for interacting with on a daily basis. For what it's intended for, this is an awesome product.

At the time of this review the price for this item was $23.99.The package included a Temperature and Humidty Monitoring device, humidity and temperature probe.The lack of documentation made this an adventurous installation. The device was easy to pair to the Tuya app and navigate. The temperature and humidity readings can be calibrated. Push aerts when temperature and humidity values exceed preset limits.I plan on using this device. to monitor the temperature near the water supply pipe and alert me when the temperature is below 34°F. When this occurs I can turn on the pipe heating cable remotely.A license electrician can wired the device to control high powered equipment like a heater.or exhaust system.Overall this is a basic smart switch additional devices will be required to control high powered equipment. I noticed several heat systems are incorporating smart control to their equipment, so this device will soon become obsolete.

This is the worst case of over complicating such a simple device. It’s sickening. None of the programs actually work the antenna barely broadcast. The programming is so backwards. It’s ridiculous. I bought one identical by a different manufacturer/programmer and it’s flawless simple to the point just like every other one that I’ve programmed, which is in the hundreds, this one steer clear
