Product description says excellent condition, so I didn’t expect new. However I did expect it to be clean and to look almost new. This product looked as if it was slid across the floor a few times as well as the screen has scratches. This alone raised concerns however I was willing to deal with it because my daughter really needed it for class. After charging and getting to school we found out that part of the calculator is completely inoperable. The part that’s circled in the picture doesn’t work. Now I have to return and wait for them to process it before I will be refunded. Huge inconvenience

I bought this device as brand new, but the seller send me one with scratches and with a line in the screen that really dissapointed me. Because the device was offered at a very low price, I think I still got a good deal, but I was expecting more from this purchase.
