Provato per barrette con o senza cottura in forno e si è rivelato utile rispetto a quando le facevo senza lo stampo, semplicemente appiattendole e tagliandole in seguito. La forma di ogni barretta è perfetta, standard, e non si sgretola nelle mani, rimane compatta come le barrette acquistate.Inoltre ci si può sbizzarrire e inserire gli ingredienti preferiti, personalmente uso spesso miele, burro di arachidi, fiocchi di avena e farro, riso soffiato, cereali misti, semi, gocce di cioccolato, cocco rapè... Insomma, si possono creare le combinazioni più disparate. Spesso aggiungo anche un pizzico di sale e di cannella alle ricette per dare una marcia in più. E il sapore delle barrette fatte in casa, oltre a essere personalizzato ai propri gusti, è molto più intenso e goloso rispetto a quelle acquistate, che una volta abituati a quelle fatte in casa sembrano tutte monogusto!

You must get the exact amount of material in each space for a good bar. This takes some practice and is more difficult with sticky foodstuff. The flexible silicon inserts resting in a stiff backer works well to pack and then remove.

I love this little snack bar maker. I made raw vegan seed and nut bars. They were held together with yummy dates, almond flour and maple syrup. I mashed them in and locked it then placed it in the freezer for 30 minutes. I was able to pop them out and make more pretty quick. I would like to get one more, I love it that much. That way I can just make 2 batches and be done. They are pricey but they make your bars look professional. You can also use the yellow part of the mold to make vegan butter, or to freeze cashew dip or hummus in small one serving portions. Just pop them out once frozen and place in a freezer bag. So you do have more uses than just snack bars.

This product works great for making home made granola bars. The compression and time in the refrigerator makes them the right consistency. I will buy two more because they are only six molds and they are small.

Got this gadget yesterday and am on my second batch of protein bar creation. This thing is perfect. It makes six bars and the side laches really tamp the product down well. The bags that come with it are great. Post pandemic when we have bake sales at work I'll definitely be using it.So far I've made a batch of protein bars using whey isolate puffs and edamame puffs, both of which I got on Amazon. From there I added in brown rice syrup/sweetener, a little bit of sunflower butter and some chocolate.

I bought this thinking 'What a great idea! How cute! I'll use it all the time...' This response to an Amazon purchase usually precedes said item being given away on Freecycle (I'm looking at YOU, ice cream maker...) but this simple little press is FANTASTIC and so much fun and I use it constantly. Basically you just invent a recipe (some trial and error involved with the consistency, but you can eat your mistakes straight out of the bowl, so nothing is wasted) and press the result into the press and bang it in the fridge for an hour. Voila! Tasty, yummy, wholesome snack bars without any added sugar (well, not any added by a stranger, anway) and tailored to your exact taste! It can be a little crumbly, and I've found that coconut milk is a good bonding agent regardless of other ingredients, as I'm trying to avoid using butter. Anyway, I've done everything from basic cornflake crunchies to an oat/date/salted peanut miracle and am trying to come up with more savoury recipes. I'm thinking crunchy roasted endamame beans and something? I cycle so it's nice to take these with me rather than buy expensive energy bars. The bars are quite small, but I've eaten one for lunch before now and felt satisfied even though I'm a bit of a pig! Very easy to wash. It's dishwasher safe (but NOT the lid) but I find that it's more easily washed by hand. As soon as it's empty it's a matter of a few minutes to invent a new bar and make it. I love that no baking needs to be involved. Really can't recommend this highly enough.

I like that it’s a great idea for a healthful snack and the tight pressure placed on the bars helps them stick together. It came promptly in the mail too. However I found it very frustrating that there aren’t any specific recipes included other than ideas for ingredients. So I’m left just guessing at quantities still at this point—sooner or later I’ll have it down. For now it’s been hit and miss. Usually I make too much, so I have to bake, cool, pop out the bars and redo over and over so I don’t waste ingredients. The biggest problem has been the bars not sticking together. I subbed prunes for medjool dates that are very expensive, tho not having the later may be why my bars often crumble apart into granola. Might not be using enough honey as well which is very costly too, and I’m trying to lessen my sugar (from all sources) intake. BTW these bars are very dinky. Lastly, be sure to save those little wrappers that fit the bars so snugly. If you order more they come out to 50 cents a wrapper. Thus my 2 1/2 star rating.

I bought this because I have a severe nut allergy, thus buying high quality granola bars is a struggle. I made granola bars and had some granola mixture leftover, so I decided to do an experiment. I wanted to see if this press was really worth it. I first made the bars in the press, then I pushed the rest of the mixture into a loaf pan, and chilled both overnight. The bars in the press stayed together significantly better and were made a lot quicker. My only complaint is that the press only makes 6 bars at a time.

Le colis expedié par Casalinghi Malavolti est arrivé plus vite que prévu.Ce moule est juste génial. L'ayant pour l'instant utilisé 2 fois depuis que je l'ai reçu il me fait gagner un temps énorme pour la confection de mes barres aux céréales, et m'a été livré avec un livret mode utilisation/recettes contenant 9 recettes variées, écrites dans plusieurs langues et très simple à réaliser.Au bout d'une heure au froid les barres sont déjà bien compactes et ne se cassent pas lors du demoulage.Les éléments de ce moule sont faciles à nettoyer et compatibles avec le lave-vaisselle (sauf pour le couvercle qui lui doit être lavé à la main).Pour l'instant je suis donc très satisfaite de mon achat qui est conforme à la description et ne prend vraiment pas beaucoup de place dans le placard.Je recommande ce produit sans hésitations.
