If I could give a zero I would! I received my first one for Christmas and as I unwrapped it I saw it was broken! I sent it back and the second one was broken! I was so very disappointed as this is part of the items I use for healing practices!

Not sure if it is a defect item or just a poor quality. Anyway, I returned it. I saw many reviews experience the same situation.

I was extremely impressed by the tone and loudness. It rings for almost a full minute from one gentle strike. The overtones are just as good as the initial tone.

The order was for a purple pyramid. The colorful one was shipped. I'll live with it.It sounds beautiful. Packing was really good.

Excellent quality. The sound is awesome. Without any exaggeration, this crystal pyramid resonates for more than 3 minutes. The only reservations being that there was no carry case. And the cordage for hanging was thin compared to my smaller crystal pyramid hanging cordage. Would I buy another one from this company?... Yes. Would I buy one as a gift?... No, not without a carry case. A nicer striker would have been nice too. The suede covered plastic tube seems kind of low budget for a $200 instrument. But it works. Doug in CA

The song lasts at least a minute after I stop circling it. I like the sound it makes with my rubber mallet. Slightly rounded bottom so remember the rubber ring. 💕

This pyramid is quite hefty so I wasn't sure how it would sound. WOW, what a power to it , it is awesome and I have waited to buy one this size because of the price, this price was amazing and the quality is great. The sound goes on forever and there are so many tones to it. really Happy with it. Thank you very much for such a great tool!

I was a little nervous about ordering a singing bowl online , because I did not know if I would receive the right pitch/note I ordered. Alongside there were no reviews left on the product. however, I am SO PLEASED! it is the perfect F note and I am so grateful for the quality, price and speedy delivery. I will be ordering the last three bowls I need. Thank you :)
