This is a super cute toy that I know my son is going to get so much use out of. I love that it is mostly made of wood. The assembly however - I have put many pieces of furniture together in my lifetime and this was the most complicated and confusing thing I’ve ever assembled. Also, I had a lot of trouble attaching the elevator to the base because the alignment seemed to be off. I would still purchase it again despite the bad experience with the assembly.

10000000 pieces and no screw driver provider with tiny ass screws. Impossible to assemble and it’s very expensive. Super unhappy

The size I great. Elevator great for little hands to manipulate. Kids love to run cars down the curved ramps. Why did I only find this by chance going through the entire TL store? Why this never show up when I typed car parking garage in the search bar?

I spent a lot of time searching before I landed on this product. My son is enjoying it as part of his city and imaginative play area. The elevator has no issues. I like that it is mostly wood save for the ramps and the colors are aesthetically pleasing. As previously mentioned by other reviewers, it does come in a lot of pieces. However, my husband managed to get it together with less blood pressure spikes then he does when I present him with a box labeled IKEA. Overall, for us, the quality and design of the product outweigh the slightly more intensive build and would not be something that would prevent purchase.

This toy was a HIT on my daughter's 3rd birthday. It's beautifully crafted and I hope for it to be an heirloom for her someday. I love it!

Sure, this service station looks super cute, but it arrives in about 100 pieces and requires an advanced degree to assemble. So many, many screws. Bought it for my nephew. My sister's feedback: "Tender Leaf Toys can suck it."
