My son grew up on the old fisher price garage that cost so much now. This one has everything little hands can play with and is sturdy and workable

Wow! This is really expensive. I bought this same toy in 2005 and it was only $25.00-$30.00. Great toy, my son played with it for hours when he was four. I know it's 10 years later, but this is still overly priced!

My son is 1-1/2 years old and he just loves it. It is one of the few toys that will occupy him for more than 10 minutes. It comes with a few cars and people but works just as well with matchbox cars.It is pretty sturdy also as he was standing on it a few days ago.,

Why is this one so expensive compared to the $30 dollar one else where? Because it is not the same one! Notice the little dog on the box of this one, it shows the difference. Assuming this one does come with the "touch and feel" dog, it was a "exclusive with touch and feel dog" edition. Other than that, it appears to be about the same as the cheaper one. Note that this one can be found for around $60 dollars elsewhere, however.

When my 20-month-old daughter got this toy, she and her 4 and 6 year old brothers played together, yes, TOGETHER with it for about an hour and a half. It has remained one of the most popular toys we have ever bought. It's very durable (she sits on it) and it was easy to assemble. Great choice on my part.

Our son has loved the Little People line of playsets since he was two and the Ramps Around Garage has long been at the top as his favorite. Its obvious upside is the number of activities that it contains: there is a straight ramp, a spiral ramp, an elevator, a gas station, mechanic's bay and car wash. Toddlers will enjoy running the cars down the ramps and making the various sounds that the playset makes, e.g. pay phone ringing, gas station pumping, etc. Older kids will get into the imaginative play with the playset's different areas, such as towing a car to the garage and then having the mechanic work on it. There's not much educational value to tout here aside from the imaginative play for older kids.It includes two cars (sports car and tow truck) and two figures (mechanic and assistant). Both of the cars are the standard Little People size and have the peg that fits Little People snugly in place, so they're compatible with the vast majority of other Little People products and vice versa. The only downside to the Ramps Around Garage is that it takes up a sizeable amount of floorspace. It's hinged in the center, which allows you to reconfigure it for different ramp positions, but either way, it's still very big. Plus, there's no ability to fold it up for any travel or storage - taking it apart would be the only way to reduce its size. So, it incurs the risk that your child may like it so much that he or she will be disappointed when it can't be brought to Grandma and Grandpa's house. The Ramps Around Garage is an excellent playset within a very strong line of children's toys.

We purchased this toy for my 2-1/2 year old. He loves it. He does not use the cars that come with it as much as he uses his Matchbox cars with it. The Matchbox cars fit perfectly into the 2 slots on the ramp and he races them both down and loves as they crash. He enjoys playing with the sounds on the pumps and phone. This is a hit in my house!

My son received this for his second birthday and has played with it for hours. He loves the ramps which he calls slides and likes making all the sounds. He sits on it and it holds well. The toy is rather large which may make for difficult storage and it was time consuming to put together. I left that up to my husband, he didn't seem to have too much trouble but it did take 15 minutes or so. That's a long time to have to wait after opening a gift. My six year old daughter also seems to enjoy this toy, we have many other little people sets and this one has been played with the most so far. My kids use this interchangably with weebles, the figures and their vehichles are all about the same size.ONE YEAR LATER and still a favorite at our house! I think this toy will be around in our home for a loooooong time to come (especially since we're about to deliver our second boy!). It's held up well through this past year and still looks new even though it's played with all the time!
