Useful tools for desoldering but the thinner ones bend with very little pressure.

These are a lifesaver!! The handles are not good at all and the needles become loose when they get hot. I solved the issue by replacing the plastic handles with dowels I drilled out.

I agree with other reviewers that these are a bit fragile, but I am not sure the could be made less fragile given how thin they have to be to fit into the hole on the circuit board. Not sure how long they will last, but at this price I will just buy another set. They work great and leave you with a clean pad without damage to your PCB. Makes replacing components a breeze compared to other options.

Two cat paws up, this device has also helped with bending a large pin on a relay that might have been bent due to the sudden lack of acceleration when the floor prevented it from free falling.

Works, but I wish there were a few of the smallest size. They can bend very easily, and the plastic handles don’t really hold the needles very secure once there’s heat applied.

Nice to have on hand to clear soldered over holes on a PCB. The tools are stainless steel tubes with cheap plastic handles. The steel tubes are easy to accidentally bend, but if you handle them with care, they should hold up and do the job.
