I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I ordered this water test tool but it didn’t come with any definitive information as to if the water was good or not, note though it was extremely easy to use, and when I contacted the manufacturer, they told me that the lower the numbers the better, so I took it to other water sites and it did give different results so I concluded that if in doubt boil your water.

Works great...you have to flip the already installed batteries around for it to work. They put them in backwards so they do not die or get weak before being sold and shipped. Tap water tested 179 . Distilled water tested 0. Not sure how accurate or not it is for the tap...but I do know the distilled is in fact zero. Naturally alkaline spring water tested 65. The colloidal silver I make using distilled water and pure silver coins tested 14. This device is definitely not guessing. It will certainly give you an idea of how good or not so good your water source is. I'm impressed for the price paid.
