Best price and quality of other similar items. Installation was relatively simple for my application “2001 2500 Chevy hd Silverado” I had to loosen trans mount bolt and jack trans slightly to fasten bolts on pan around crossmember. Everything has plenty clearance and the only modification I had to do was to bend factory trans shift linkage bracket to clear side of pan. Other then that it’s a bolt on affair

Note: this pan does NOT come with filter extensions to put the filter all the way at the bottom of the pan. What it does have is cast-in pedestals that the bottom of the filter would rest on instead of dropping down. I measured from flange to filter bottom and to pedestals and used the filter that best matched the measurement.The two filters provided come to slightly different measurements from flange to bottom of filter when installed. I measured from flange to filter bottom and to pedestals and used the filter that best matched the measurement.The Allen head screws provided are nice but the Allen depth is very shallow and therefore prone to strip out if you are not extremely careful.I'm still giving it 5 stars as it works as advertised and fixed all my trans pan leaks! Just wish it already had a cast in sensor bung.

Fit great on my 2005 Silverado RCSB with a 4l80e swap. Even with the truck lowered 4/7, I have plenty of clearance
2001 Suburban

This is a really nice pan. Comes with all gaskets, bolts, etc. and two filters.Will NOT fit a 2001 Suburban 2500 however. The transmission is correct but the cross member is too close to the trans pan.
