Why didn't it come with a UK 3 pin plug !!! It should tell you in the description that it comes with a 2 pin eu/us plug ! Not Happy

Los efectos excelentes ,pero lo mejor es que viene con su adpatador de corriente, sus gomas estabilizadoras para mesa o suelo y su funda para guardarlo.

I returned this item. It is not good for karaoke singing as most karaoke songs already have backup singers etc. I tried to get information on using this for karaoke and one person said yes. But, unless you are singing a song with no other background singers the unit does not sound good. So, it is best for a single singer not singing off a karaoke DISC but rather "raw" singing with a guitar. TC Helicon doesn't tell you this and I could not find any examples of using it for karaoke on any You Tube demonstrations.

Worked fine for a while, then started shorting out. Had to use the warranty to replace it, which was frankly a bit of a nightmare. They eventually did replace the item. Working fine now.

Lacking in sound quality. Phantom puts out 24 volts not 48. On the lowest setting there is still doubling going on.

Does what I thought it would. I Was not disappointed. I use a harmonizer pedal in unison with this. It's nice to fatten up the sounds get some octaves going as well as using the other pedal for alternate parts of the song. Standalone stomp boxes are somewhat limited so its nice to add some versatility.
