This shaver only worked once. The 2nd time I added ice it make a weird sound, I'm try to add ice but it's not shaving the ice.

I tried a bunch of shaved ice machines and non of them worked right. This little ice shaver has some power and shaves ice perfectly. Don't buy anything else.

It would be great if it worked as designed, but it stopped, after less than a month. Because I immed registered warranty when I got it, I didn't think it'd be any problems. Boy was I wrong, after notifying Tayama support online, they said the requirement is, me, the customer w/an active warranty, has to ship the unit to them with a copy of receipt & include ADDITIONAL $15:CHECK (Return S&H) When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they suggested, if still able to, please contact Amazon for a replacement or return!! That says a lot about this company Tayama Appliance Inc, Tayama-usa.com
