Dont let people miss lead you this amp is up there with the best of them i have it on 2-12 american bass god fathers 3k rms lol just ordered another one i have a 150 amp alt, agm up front and lithium 74ah in the back my voltage stays low 13s upper 12s no clip light and can do hair tricks with 2-12s in a f150 lol i have been installing for over 30yrs and this is one of the best amps i have come across over the years 0.5-2ohms 3k is like having a 5k amp your going to have box rises up and down and this amp power is going to stay at the 3k or give you more as your ohms load goes up and down lol smart amp the thing is to keep that clip light off this amp has all the power you need clean with the popper voltage like i said my parents had 7 stereo shops growing so i no my biss when it comes to 12 volts and distortion and low voltage is a killer to any amp or sub and turn the bass knob all the way down i dont know why the put it on there leave it down lol

Driving home today and I was just getting off work and I turned on some mf 42 dugg (spindatbac) and it clips out at half volume plays distortion for two seconds then I look back and it’s a cloud of smoke I’m doing 45 into a church parking lot to unplug it. Other than that it’s a great amp 4.2 stars 👍

I chose this amp because I was running an older 1 ohm amp at .5 ohms. That amp would hit extremely deep and hard but, it would cut off for about 5 minutes if I pushed to higher levels. When I put this amp in, I wasn't impressed at all. The bass was no where near as strong and it would cut off very easily. I immediately started a return for the amp then realized that could take up to 30 days. I decided to wait and try a few things first. After upgrading my head unit, adding a 200ah battery and an epicenter, this amp is pushing out EVERYTHING that it says it can push out! My subwoofers started popping from all of the extra power, so I had to rewire my subs to 2 ohms. This thing sounds AWESOME!!! Definitely turning heads! I highly recommend this amp and I also highly recommend that you have your electrical ready for this amp and add at least a Line Driver to increase the bass response. The built in bass boost was disappointing to me. I don't use it. Also, you need to know that this amp seems to thrive in the lower 30's on down...

This amplifier has deceiving power. Its size would have you questioning its RMS power but I have this pushing two kicker L7 10s in a ported box and it does not struggle whatsoever.

Cool amp I’m sure this would be awesome if I have multiple battery setup!! This amp is POWER HUNGRY , I have a mech man 400amp alt and only 1 battery… and when this would start hitting volts would drop under 12 and amp will shut off instantly.. definitely need something like 2 xs power batteries or energi AGM But I have done research on these taramps and they are doing a great job these slap when correct 14volts raw power is supplied I have seen dyno videos on YouTube as well they actually put out all 3,000 + watts @1ohm which is kind of crazy for how small it is and light weight. I have Rockford t2500-1bd tested 3,442watts and weighs like 20 pounds, compared to Taramp that weighs like 10 pounds and half the size!
