I have mixed feelings about this book. It will entertain my toddler grandkids which is why I purchased it, but some of the animal sounds are laughable. They should have just not included some of the animals instead of putting in nonsensical sounds. Every form of rabbit/hare is just munching sounds. Puppies and grown dogs have the same sound. Underwater animals are just swooshing water sounds. I'm not sure what the turtle and snakes' sounds are supposed to be. My little ones won't care, but it's just a bit weird. The book also plays songs and guessing games. At one point I pressed one of the buttons and it started to tell a story. I stopped the story, because I just wanted to see what each of the buttons do. The next time I pressed the same button it changed to some other opton. It hasn't come up with a story, since. It'll get used here, but I definitely wouldn't buy it again if I needed a gift for another child.

I was very much looking forward to exploring this book. It took a very long time to arrive, but eventually showed up.We like that it has a huge variety of sounds, words, and activities to keep our kids busy. We got it for our toddler (2.5 years old) but I don't think she's ready to use it yet.In order to activate the animals on the page you are looking at, you have to find the small dark colored play button on the page and push it first. Only then can you touch the animals and they will make the correct sound. Even then, our toddler didn't have the finger strength to push each animal hard enough to get the book to register what she was pushing. If you are toward the front of the book or the back of the book, there are almost too many pages between your finger and the sensor for it to register unless you can push quite hard.My big kids, ages 7 and 10, have no issues with accessing the book and doing the activities. I think this product would be better marketed to Elementary aged kids rather than starting at the toddler age.

The book is not very big, about the size of A4 paper, touch sensitive, sound quality is very good, you can also adjust the size of the volume, this is good, I do not know whether the paper is resistant to tear, the last one is interrupted open, I bought the animal, enough for the one-year-old baby.

On each page, there’s a green button to start each page then press the circles. Initially I thought my toddler won’t be able to follow, but It takes only a few seconds for my toddler to learn how to use it. He’s two and half only. And then he started to explore each page and has some fun time!
