Works like a charm. Lightweight cast iron, cooks meatballs evenly, and no sticking on the surface whatsoever

Works perfectly ! Made perfect meatballs withstood heat of oven and very easy to clean. One suggestion though….. the tray is obviously not flat on the bottom so doesn’t sit level in the oven rackSo as liquid collects in the tray it will overflow into the oven!I had to sit the tray inside of a flat tray to keep overflow from spilling out into the oven and the meatballs still cooked with no issues.Oh! And meatballs were very easy to remove from the tray when they were done ! Glad I purchased this !

I know they're not designed for that to begin with. But if you have that as an idea. Don't. They have sharper bits on the bottom, use as intended, because that's where it's brilliant. Only 4 stars because the use flexibility is low. Works perfectly.

Purchased for my husband for his new grill & to make some argentinian delights! First, melted provolone &herb butter for crustinis! Delicious party hit. Next some french profiterries (little donuts) - YUMMY! Beware when cleaning that you don't let the faucet hit a hole....it WILL splash back. Recommend hand wash & immediate dry to maintain cooking coating! Enjoy

I never knew these existed, but I have a new Japanese co-worker who loaned me theirs to make meatballs, and it was a god send so I had to buy my own. I'm fussy and hate meatballs that are flat where they were fried or sitting on the pan, and these make very nice round shaped meatballs without flat bottoms. This is heavy, heat distributes well, used it for meatballs and cake pops and worked equally well on very different types of dishes. Wells are perfect sized. Thank you to my co-worker for the suggestion.

It's too small and I have to return it! Make sure to measuring before you buy.

Lot of Rust is coming with-in the span of the return window with Amazon. Unfortunately I missed returning this product and now this product moves to my trash. As it's not usable, cooking is not proper, unable to remove cooked items, washing is pain in the hell.

I prefer the round style of takoyaki pans over the large, rectangular ones that can be seated on a table. This fits perfectly on the stovetop, with no batter overflow following the typical takoyaki recipe. The skewers included are also good quality and get the job done. I enjoyed that this item includes a brush, so I didn't have to buy one elsewhere. 12 takoyaki is the perfect amount for a meal for one, or a snack for two. If you need much more than that, I would suggest another pan or cooking in batches.
