The directions to assemble were very easy to follow, huge bonus! I have been using this until I can afford to get custom stuff in my laundry room and I honestly love it. I hang dry all my clothes and it gives me plenty of space plus like how I can separate my dirty clothes right away vs it being one huge pile of dirty clothes.

I was a little worried with the small box arrived but the hamper was ready to put together, is decent sized and feels very sturdy!

When I finally threw out my old laundry sorter I replaced it with this one. It is sturdy and attractive. It rolls easily across my laundry room floor. The bins are a good size and are easily removed, my favorite feature is the hanging rod above the baskets. It is so handy and saves me many steps across the laundry room to the funky clothes line hanging from the water pipes. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Needed smaller organizer with multiple features. Side by side W/D in hall closet with 2 large doors opening out & door to bathroom as well to maneuver around. Unit is sturdy & holds 3 large loads, plenty of hanging space since I like to take clothes out slightly damp & hang to finish drying. Easily rolls on carpet & tile. All metal, no plastic to pull apart, but light enough for me to roll from room to room. Laundry bags remove easily, good handles & will sit upright on floor or hang on door handle for easy use. I even use it for place to lay pillows & sheets across while I am making the bed. Looks nice & easy to dust off or wipe down. Great value for the money.

It’s not worth the money. The only reason I gave it three stars is my organizational heart loved the idea. The directions read terrible. No words great I get it but they could have put abc=w but I’m not spatially inclined so putting this together was hard for me. I felt like if they had just added something indicating certain parts needed to be turned certain ways it would have been helpful. I would get one step done then realize two steps later that it should have been turned another way. Nothing was missing and they gave extra screws so that was a positive. The little stickers they label the bars with will require extra work because they will be hard to remove without some type of special cleaner. It’s not very big and even with my small washer each bag will not make a load. So that was disappointing. You have to put the dark bag at one end and colors at the other because of the pockets so that makes me a little crazy because I want to order them a different way and I may. I honestly don’t think this will hold up long. I’m not the strongest person in the world but I stripped two of the screw holes so be careful not to tighten it too much! So I would say not the best quality. Just be warned it’s comes in enough pieces for them to have things labeled A-Z.

**update** It took a while but this company did the right thing. If you have problems reach out to them and they will resolve your issueDuring assembly it was very frustrating! One bar was damaged during assembly and the second bar did not have the middle hole punched through all the way.What’s the worst thing than assembling an item??? Having to disassemble that same item because it is poorly made.Not going to get that time back or be free from the frustration or assembling incorrectly and then having to disassemble.Both pictures show the bar that was broken and pic 1 shows the hole in the middle that is punched through.2nd picture shows the back side of the bar without the hole punched through.Very frustrating, don’t waste your money and time

I have a small laundry room and hang dry a lot of clothes so this was great. I can have both the laundry basket and the clothes hanger in a compact space. It fits a lot of clothes. You can remove the extra ends on the hanging rod if you need it to be smaller in length as well. I have teenagers and the multi-colored baskets have made doing laundry so much easier. Now I don't have to spend tons of time sorting laundry. Make sure you pay attention to the instructions. I put the sides on backwards and had to unscrew all the cross bars and switch them around. It was very easy to put together though and sturdy. It holds a full row of hanging cloths. I don't wheel it around or anything - it stays there all the time so not sure how sturdy it would be if I was moving it around all the time. It's screwed together, not welded together. If you are looking for something that will get a lot of movement like in a laundromat I would suggest something more along the lines of a commercial rack. For my use this is perfect!
