I bought this product around 2 years ago. The metal just collapsed and broke.Btw, I don't carry heavy laundry on it. The metal is just weak.

The hamper is great and holds a TON of clothes, one thing tho is that it was a little difficult to put together as the instructions are great but alot of the parts are difficult to tell apart as they come all in one bag with no labeling.

We ordered this in hopes to help our little girl with some organization in her room. It arrived very fast, it was unfortunately the wrong color in the box. I reached out to the customer service and they quickly responded and wanted to fix the issue. My husband however decided to keep the original and just order another in the color pink. I let customer service know and they still wanted to make things right just for the inconvenience, they offered me a small partial refund just to say sorry. Tho they did not have to do that I was still grateful. These laundry bags have already started doing their jobs. The little is already doing better about keeping her dirty clothes picked up and even separating school clothes from regular clothes. This was very easy and quick to put together. Will purchase from this company again!

It was easy to assemble. The structure is just a little rickety, but it works for my purposes. I’m using it as a cleaning cart around the house. I throw a trash bag into one side and roll it around to quickly pick up trash and laundry. I also attached a bedside caddy to one side so I have one more compartment for putting other random items I pick up. The wheel feature makes it easy to move around with me and the two hampers come in and out easily too. I can fit about a medium size load in one hamper.

This holds just enough per side for a 7kg machine so I know it is time to wash when the side is full.

It was easy to assemble, i took one star off my review because instead of 2 wheels with a lock, i only have one but i didn't need to lock them so i still can use it. It fit perfectly in my small closet that i use for my towels etc since i don't have a laundry room. (We don't have place for a washer and dryer in our apartment.)

Perfect product! Fits my needs exactly. I love how it easy it makes sorting laundry and the hamper holds a fair amount of clothes. Was very easy to put together and feels quite sturdy.UPDATE: after using these hampers regularly for just over 2 years now, the inside lining is cracked and flaking off quite badly. Would not purchase again.
