This is a wonderful laundry sorter....but...it is very trying to assemble. My first order had to be returned because the handles were damaged. The second one arrived promptly but it took a long time to assemble. We are delighted with the finished product.

5 stars is not enough!!! Stop searching - this is the cart you're looking for.I purchased this laundry cart after weeks of comparing similar options, reading reviews, looking at photos, etc. needing to replace a broken wooden one that I could no longer repair (always my first choice). I live in NYC so standing up to the grind of rolling this thing fully loaded in and out of elevators and doorways is key - IYKYK. I was half way through assembling this cart, which seems very well made and sturdy, when I found one of the cross bars didn't have the necessary holes drilled in it. It happens, not a big deal, but I was annoyed at the thought of having to disassemble and return the whole thing to get a new one. I crossed my fingers and wrote to Tajsoon customer service while the cart skeleton sat slumped on my apartment floor and became a temporary cat jungle gym. To my surprise, the company wrote back the same day, confirmed exactly what I needed based on my order and photos, and sent out a replacement part right away. They even followed up to make sure everything was set once I received it. Cannot recommend their after-sales service enough, A+ seller!!!Now that I have the cart itself put together, it's exactly what I'd hoped - lightweight, sturdy, well-made, no complaints except that I wish the bags were cotton instead of polyester. Otherwise, this cart is great and Tajsoon is even better, all the more so because of my low expectations for Amazon sellers in general - far surpassed my admittedly low expectations. 10/10 recommend!

I finally found the right product. It’s not gonna fall apart on me. It’s nice and sturdy and it holds a lot of laundry and and the wheels are really great.

I absolutely love this item, doing laundry can be a hassle but using this 3 bag laundry sorter makes it A LOT easier. I love this one over all the others I've seen because the asthetic is just wonderful and it looks lovely in your home. I will say my light laundry bag came with a small cut at the top and its only gotten worse. It had to of been cut during transport so I don't think it has anything to do with the durability, I can still use it but will be reaching out for a replacement so I will update this review once I've reached out to them and have gotten a response. Hopefully it will be no problem having it replaced.Update: reached out to company about the cut and getting a replacement sent and they were quick to respond and automatically sent the replacement it was here within two week of me reaching out to them. Great company to work with! Satisfaction guaranteed!
