I'm rating 3 out of 5.Overall, it's a good product. I bought it bc my washer and dryer will be in my kitchen for now and this laundry sorter is just the right size to not take up so much room in my kitchen. The plastic that looks like small strips of wood on the shelf part is screwed in from the bottom using small screws that just fall out. I've got 3 young kids living with me so that could be dangerous. I will be replacing those plastic pieces with something the screws can actually screw into, like ply wood. Aside from that small but huge issue. It's small, cute, and sturdy.

I ordered two of these, one for my husband and myself, and one for our toddler. I love having the hanging rack over the laundry as it makes it easy to hang some of my husband's shirts to dry (his preference). I was able to make our kid's rack shorter by leaving one rod off either side, and she loves being able to hang her own dresses up, although her laundry hampers are currently toy sorting bins lol

I bought this for my elderly mother in law and put it together before giving it to her, to make sure it was good quality (I didn't want to hear any complaints) Wow! I was very impressed with the strength of the design, the ease of how it went together, and how it functions. The sorting bags are a little on the smaller side, so it’s best for a single person or a family who does small frequent loads. I really appreciated how the bags slid out to allow one to add or remove clothes. The bags were secured onto the racks better than laundry sorters than I have had previously. The shelf is a great height for removing laundry from the dryer and using it for folding in either a seated or standing position. The hanging rack is very sturdy for holding a full load of freshly hung laundry. I was especially impressed with the caster wheels. They were a much higher quality than I expected, almost like an inline skate. Overall, this was an exceptional purchase.

I like the slide out bags that don't drag on the floor. Plus the shelf is handy for storing a laundry basket.

I bought this laundry station for better organizing. It arrived the next day after ordering. No pieces missing and everything was numbered, hence making for ease of assembly. It is sturdy and easy to move. The laundry bags are small. It looks amazing and has a narrow footprint. Its aldo useful for guests. After assembly I discovered it is also useful for macrame. I did but this for my daughter but I may just purchase another for myself. It will hold cord and macrame supplies nicely. I do think it was a good value. Just really look at the dimensions.

The bags are a lot smaller than they look in the photos, they really won’t hold very much.It was easy to put together (did it by myself) but at first I thought they forgot to include the wheels because they were inside one of the bags, which I didn’t open until I was finished building it.

Item purchased: 34"L x 11.8"W x 70.9"H (2 bag sorter)-Arrived quick, and was packaged well-Really easy to assemble by one person and manual instructions were really easy to follow-Wheels rotate and glide with ease. Same can be said for the sliding tray that holds up the laundry bags.-The laundry bags themselves are made of thin material, so I don't really trust them to hold a very heavy load-One of the laundry bags was slightly ripped at the bottom (see images), but it was fixable with a quick manual stitch.-I do wish the ends of the hanging pole were designed with some sort of rubber cap/stopper that prevents items from sliding off

I’m not gonna lie, when it first arrived I was missing a piece from the set but after I got it replaced, the instructions were super easy to follow and i was able to build it under 30 minutes.

Holes were drilled in the wrong place, or missing completely. This makes it COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE to put together unless you're prepared to accurately drill new holes in metal. Most of us are not.The "wooden" top piece (which honestly looks like plastic), had screws falling out of it from the moment I took it out of the package.Truly a shame, but I'm glad I ran into issues immediately and didn't put this thing together too much.

This laundry sorter is the perfect fit in my laundry room. It has the ideal amount of storage and ample space for hanging. The quality and price are very good compared to other models on Amazon.

Comes with instructions and tools. Very easy to put together, the instructions are easy to follow. Very sturdy. Love that I can roll it to the laundry room. Bags are removable but I just open where the bag is and take my laundry out that way. Another one of my best purchases. Highly recommend this product!I won’t go without one like this again!
