After a bit of minor trimming to get the fit just right I'm happy with this tailgate handle. I knew I was going to have to do some adjustments to this when I bought it though because it is an aftermarket part. That said if feels just like it should and should last a while.

It's definitely not an exact fit for my 2001 F-150. The plastic edge sticks out further than the original, so it looks a little ghetto. But the functionality is great and the price was right, so I'm not concerned about how it looks on an old truck.

Upon installation, the handle worked perfectly, however did not match the tailgate profile exactly. Had a slight standoff from the tailgate is spots.
