It's pretty sturdy, a little small for a tax helmet and no suspension you can only adjust the chin straps

Son uses this to play Army and for when he plays with his airsoft. Very study and fits him well. He loves the velcro patches and that he can add his own.

The cover is kind of confusing and the Velcro padding is in weird spots but you can peel the Velcro off and adjust them. Also comes with extra which is nice.
