I used to own one of those snake holders that doesn't work worth a darn ,but this product is exactly what I wanted and needed . I read 1 of the reviews that stated the tablet clamp doesn't work well ,so I guess they got a bad one because mine works very good and without a case on it probably helps .I would definately suggest this one to anybody ,I have mine hooked on the bed ,the only bad thing is you get so comfortable watching a movie with some buds on and you know what happens next .zzzz..lol

I was pleasantly surprised at the sturdiness and flexibility of this product. I do a lot of reading using the Kindle app on my android tablet and this holder is the best I've ever seen, I like the design, functionality and adjustment capability so much and highly recommend it to anyone! I am a user of the product and I got nothing out of doing a review. Just letting you know that this is a worthy product!

This is very well built! The clamp is not cheap plastic like some I have seen. It is made from heavy gauge steel and can be clamped down HARD!My head board is padded and I was able to clamp it down through the padding and got a solid hold. The frame (arm) is made from pretty heavy gauge square, aluminum tubing. I had a desk lamp that had the same type of frame that lasted me over 20 years. (See pictures)I was floating the idea of investing in a smart TV for my bedroom, but my room is pretty small. I couldn't figure out where to put a TV where I was not going to bash my head on it if it was on the wall. My dresser drawer set is way too small for a TV.My TV provider allows streaming on devices, so this is the perfect solution! So now, I can watch TV in bed, using the Android tablet I already owned and didn't have to buy a TV or figure out where to put it. When I am finished watching TV, I can check my Email, check my texting app, etc.. Then I just swing the whole thing out of the way above my head board.I believe this product is well worth what I paid for it and I am certain it will serve me well for years to come.

Waaw! :-)

This stand is a sturdy, aluminum-made solution for those needing a flexible tablet holder. It accommodates my iPad perfectly and provides a 360-degree rotation for optimal viewing angles. Its clamp secures to surfaces up to 52mm thick, providing stability for bed or desk use and fits my bed frame easily. While generally stable, there is a slight wobble at extreme angles with the arm fully extended. Overall, it's a practical choice for versatile device support and fits my situation perfectly.

Best product so far. It's been a year and it's still sturdy and strong. (Used for Pixel7)

Light-built, hence the cheap price tag.But it holds up and does the job.The adjustment ball behind the clamp is doing 15% of its job.The remaining 85% to balance your tablet into a comfortable position (and to keep it there) is entirely up to you.

Just to be clear, I could not expect anything high quality for this price, and it's cheap enough that i don't feel the need to return it.It's as cheaply made as something as cheap as this, so par for the course as far as quality goes at this price range. You ever have an articulated desk lamp? Same quality, just with an (actually decent) mount for the tablet, it holds well. no complaints there. If you really care about quality, you know better than to go for this. Personally, I am just over the threshold for caring enough that i'm going to order a different brand, and its cheap enough that i don't really feel like having to go to ups to return it so it'll be used eventually, i guess. (You win this round, random chinese company that will surely no longer operate by its existing name within a year),Anyway, I wish this had more articulation to it. it only travels in a straight line, which wouldn't be a problem if the other joints allowed more than just a few degrees. you have to set it up directly in line of sight which if you want resting to the side while you watch tv at the same time because you are an absolute slob like me, means that you will not be able to look at this straight on.basically if you dont have the mount directly in front of or behind your head, you'll always be looking at this from the side. If there were just the slightest bit more movement in the two joints that move (horizontally?) this wouldn't be an issue. but whatever, it's cheap. i got what i paid for.UPDATEall the complaints i had are still there. Bumping it up a star bc it is cheap and gets the job done.

I own many similar extension arms, and this is the worst I've seen. The clamping mechanism is better than most because it's all metal, but the hole to attach the arm in wasn't big enough and had to be manually stretched. I fear it will stretch further and ultimately fail. the arms didn't line up straight and also had to be gently bent into alignment. My biggest complaint is the phone/tablet holder's "fingers" aren't big enough, so the phone slips out extremely easily, with almost no pressure. It's dangerous to use without modifying it.If you're using a phone with no case, and don't care about it not being perfect and likely to break fairly soon, it might work for you.
