Point out the ball presentation
If Oscillation not working,Please turn Oscillation "+" to 9, put your hand left and right help the robot head turn left and right. Give the machine a little power to help his head wiggle.

If you would like to play direct serve (i.e., the served ball bounces one time on the table before you hit the ball), set topspin to 6 and backspin to 2 or 3 on the remote control.
If you would like to play indirect serve (i.e., the served ball bounces two times on the table before you hit the ball), set topspin to 4 and backspin to 3 on the remote control.

Very good robot, has its kink but i have had a lot of fun, has variety of settings for spins, better one of this price range.

My robot machine started to have issues after a year, it just couldn't push the ball out anymore, I contacted the seller, the seller responded quickly and helped me to identify the issue. The motor no longer works as expected. The seller was generous to send me a replacement, now I installed the new motor, everything is working fine now. I am so happy with their customer service and prompt support, thank you!

Robot was only able to propel the balls 3 inches immediately after unpacking and assembly. This unit is useless and should not even be considered fo purchase. I would have given it a review of zero if it was available.

Works as expected, settings (strenght and speed) are very sensitive for beginners.But fun is assured 😅

It works well, better than playing with a ill trained person. This will get me back into fun exercise without getting out of the house. The only thing is that don't know how long this machine will last - hopefully last 2-3 years at least.

Works great! Much better and cheaper than Newgy 1040 I previously bought. I have used this robot for almost 1 week and never had ball stuck so far. I previously used Newgy 1040, and the ball got stuck very frequently (had the machine jammed almost every 5 mins).

I have not tried other machines but this one is so-far-so-good. it has 4 functions: topspin, back spin, oscillating, frequency. and the price is about right

overall it is ok. it is at a lower price comparatively. What i don't like is first of all, unlike robo-pong which has 5 or 6 frequency levels, this product has only a dial for it, which makes it harder to remember your favorite position. the speed control is another that I don't prefer. So far i've not figured out the dial for different spins. It looks to me that it is not as straight forward as robo-pong products.
