I was hesitant to buy the off brand t-celll vs the Hayward brand I’ve always purchased; but this was 1/3 the price of the Hayward. I’m only getting 3-4 years out of the Hayward t-cell any ways ( I have quite the collection of broken Hayward t-cells stacked In The basement), so I decide I’ll go with this cheaper one and if I get 2-3 years from it I’m much better off in the long run. I’ve only recently installed this and so far all is good, it fit perfectly and is generating chlorine, only time will tell. So far I’m glad I went this route.

The salt cell appears to be well made and came with all the necessary parts to make installation easy.I only gave it 4 stars because I do not know how long it well last. I only get 4 or 5 years out of the original Hayward cell. If it last longer than that, I will give it 6 stars.

This cell didn’t even last 4 months. Total waste of money. Garbage. No customer service to speak of
