For all the people that are having the error claiming they don't work. I experienced this as well, I found it's an issue with the contacts. Insert the tip and spin it a few times then put the grip on and install. Might work to lightly scuff the contacts before installing too. The contacts should measure ~8 ohm

Handy set of various T12 soldering tips. No regrets. Calibrated the tips using a thermocouple and found that the temperature was within a few degrees after calibration which is more than enough for soldering.

I was hopeful that these tips would work perfectly for my KSGER T12 but boy was I wrong. Every single one would not hold temp, report accurate Temps to the station or plain caused the station to crash repeatedly. They act like the sensors are missing or are dead shorted. 5 of the 10 just plain crashed the station in a perpetual boot loop when the station tried to get them to temp. Steer clear and buy only name brand KSGER tips for your KSGER station. Trust me, the savings in cost over name brand isn't worth it if none of them worked. Packing it for a full refund is also no fun at all. And yes, replacing these tips with my name brand KSGER tips made the station work properly and no boot loops to speak of.
