I got 2 sizes-one for my larger checked bag and one for my carry on. Both are of durable plastic and fit perfectly over each piece of luggage. I was very pleased with the ease I could open and get these on and they fit perfectly. Maybe over time TSA will end of trashing the one over my checked luggage but for the great price it's worth it to buy another. I have soft sided luggage and rain can be a problem. Also, being tossed around in the underbelly of the plane might tear the fabric. I highly recommend these.

Do not order… my luggage is 23 something, almost 24 and I order it 24 when I put it on my luggage it was huge…covers all 4 wheels and slide through the floor which I cant fix. The worse part is I have to pay to return it which the refund will be only $4 dollars. Never again.

Purchased this with the aim to protect my suitcase esp. from the rough treatment of checked-in baggage during air travel. The cover was as described and tough, fit perfectly and protected the baggage. The cover was transparent and easy to clean.

This product covers my suitcase very well though it ripped a little bit after multiple destination, and that is normal. Overall, I like this product.
