Not at all happy with this product. The size is great for what I needed in the kitchen. The product itself is hard to connect to a Roku for some reason I couldn’t get it to work as for Apple plus I could not get that. It’s a chrome issue I think as for the tube itself has a great picture. Lack features I need..

This review pertains to the Sylvox 22" Smart RV TV. I received this product two days ago, powered it up and went through very little steps to turn this TV into a great all-around experience. The picture is good; the sound is OK but "tinny." To counteract this as much as possible, I found that keeping the sound mode at "standard" and the surround mode "off," you can buffer some of that out and still get good quality sound. Also, there is plenty of ability to make this TV as loud as you want. The DC player works great and picture is also good. You can easily toggle between the four apps on the remote and return to regular TV with one click. I'm very impressed and happy with this purchase.

I got this TV for motorhome. It has nice features, but it consumes battery charge quickly.Works fine in spare bedroom in house, but not great for boondocking. And I'm not about to run generator to watch TV!!!

My 24" DCV powered Sylvox TV arrived on time and I installed it right away for an upcoming rv camping trip. Unfortunately the DVD player didn't work so I wasn't able to watch movies for over two weeks plus it was a remote spot without internet. I contacted the company and after some troubleshooting they sent me a new replacement that works great! I like that I don't have to turn up the volume to overcome the generator noise since it runs off the batteries, this allows me to charge the batteries at a different time. The customer service is great and they want everyone to be satisfied. I will buy another one when I'm in the market.

After a lot of research I chose this model. I needed a smaller screen for a kitchen, but also wanted it to be a smart tv. Reviews mentioned that the volume was not very loud. I found this not to be true at all. I listen to music on this tv and I don't have to turn it past 30 or so to hear the tv loudly enough for my needs. At the top of the volume you would blow the speaker(s). I can even hear it in other rooms which was the plan. I only give it a 4 stars because we are using the remote that came with the tv. We find it has many annoying characteristics compared the the many other remotes that we own. It doesn't respond quickly and has more steps to get into the apps than the other remotes that we own for other tv's to name a few. Overall for the price we are pleased with the tv itself. You can't find many smart tv's with small screens.

I have only used it a few hours to setup and test, prior to RV installation with VESA wall mount bracket. Easy setup for the apps I use - Prime and Netflix. DVD player tested fine, with just slight confusion over controls to eject, etc. - located on bottom part of remote. Right size for truck camper or small travel trailer. Purchased specifically to use off grid on 12V system, but appreciate the 110 AC option when electrical hookups are available.

This 24” Slyvox RT24R3KGCA 12v TV/DVD player was purchased for installation in my small travel trailer. I replaced a 24” Vizio model D24f-G1 with this purchase. The Vizio was agonizingly slow and often took about 25 minutes to receive an over the air signal after initially turning on the TV & scanning for channels on arrival in a new location. I spent about 20 minutes on initial start up of this TV to input all info needed to sign into my TV, sign into my Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube accounts and to scan for new channels (about 3 of the 20 minutes.) On starting back up after being turned off, the tv took less than 2 seconds to come on; whereas I could expect to spend a minimum of 7 minutes with my old Vizio. This is an incredible improvement! This is an Android device & asked me if I wanted to sync to my Android phone (I have an iPhone) so I’m sure the initialization would have been even faster, although I could quickly sync the different apps with a QR code. The software on this device is well thought out.Now for the performance. The picture is very crisp, the colors are accurate and the sound is very good & not the tinny sound reported by other reviewers for this TV, although it is nowhere near the quality that I have in my living room tv at home. The volume attainable is plenty loud at even a lower setting. The DVD player performs similar to other players although the first DVD I put in was backwards (with the label facing toward the front of the TV); it was automatically ejected like a piece of toast on a 3 Stooges style toaster, about 6” sideways right into the blinds to bounce onto the bed; the eject spring is more than adequate. This is a DVD player, not a Blu-ray player, so the video quality is not as fine if the two formats are compared, nor will it be as good as the High Definition signal that is displayed from over the air reception; it is an earlier technology DVD after all. Again, the broadcast reception picture quality is exceptional!I installed this product on an overhead mount. The screw holes are standard & four metric Phillips screw 4x8mm-38 (not provided) are needed.I am really sorry that it took me so long to purchase this TV/DVD player; I suffered needlessly with my Vizio for far too long! I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone else who is considering this purchase.The photos are from YouTube, two from off the air broadcast & one from the DVD.
