This ballast was an exact match for a ceiling light fixture I picked up at a garage sale. The light worked for about 7 years before the ballast started to give out once the light warmed up. replacing the ballast was a simple matter of matching the wires by color. Seems to be working fine. I would have given it 5 stars if it hadn't cost me more than the light itself.

Used these in T5 lights in my basement. Pretty much plug and play. Identical to the one's removed. Took maybe 10 minutes each to install. Would definitely order again.

I finally rewired my garage luminaires with these ballasts. The previous ballasts lasted about 12 in a garage, so extreme heat in the summer and extreme cold in the winter - the existing ones were warped from the conditions.These are supposed to work well in the cold. Will have to see how well they work in the cold and how long they last over the years.They came with wire already attached, but it was easier for me to take the wire off the ballast and use the existing luminaire wires and reconnect to the new ballast than to rewire the sockets and connection.
