I wouldn’t recommend this to prevent chafing while running or exercising. It falls off easily if you sweat, but I got these jus to wear casually to prevent my nips from showing through my lighter colored and thinner fabric shirts. Works great for that purpose

Tried these used twice and literally hurts while wearing feels like clamp on my nips. Not worth it also leaves a shining feeling when you pull them off. Like alcohol on a cut.

These work, they stay put and prevent chaffing. They also dont come off very easily. If you shave or are hairless you should be fine. I have to take them off in the shower under running water to keep them from sticking to my hair. I have used the NipStrips and they work way better, but they also cost way more.

Was a little skeptical by this type of product. Have been using corn cushions for years to running with, but they tend to fall off at the 4 or 5 mile mark. This guard has not fallen off, and cannot see that happening. I place one on as a test 24 hours before my 10 mile run, and the other 5 mins before, no issues. Have used since with great results. Thanks

I got into running in the summer of last year while staying in New York with my girlfriend. Central Park, West Side Highway... what great places to run, right?Well... partially. The muscle around my knees were NOT ready for that level of stress, and I really had to power through the pain at the beginning. In time, I saw myself getting better and really began to love it. I spoke to friends and family about it, trying to find out how to get faster and improve my times. I had become obsessed. The very person I thought I'd never become.What nobody told me in these conversations, and in my research, was the absolute strain running can create from the friction on your nipples. I again tried to power through, but when I got home from a run one day and saw blood reminiscent of Andy Dwyer from "The Office" I knew I had to do something about it.I tried a number of things, but nothing really worked until using these covers. A complete lifesaver. Very easy to put on, and come off super easily in the shower. USE THEM! YOU WILL THANK YOURSELF AND SAVE YOURSELF A TON OF PAIN!

These nipple covers are pretty good. They are almost transparent, which is great when wearing light shirts. (The brown ones can sometimes be seen.) They are very sticky and may irritate the skin, but I heard a trick was to put it on the back of your hand once or twice, then put it on your chest. Putting it on my hand first decreased some of the adhesiveness and it didn't irritate my skin.

Hard to make these things, they need to walk a fine line between being too sticky and not sticky enough. I wish they were slightly bigger. They stick well, hurt a bit when you take them off but that is to be expected.
