I was disappointed . Such a small tube Andc after i applied still felt same irritation and pain. I didn’t return it csuse too much of a hasle being wheel chair bound. Hopefully it helps you.

I used Salty Britches to lube my feet before the Habanaro 100 50k this summer and it was a life saver. The race was not only in 100 degree heat, but also featured some really fun sand pits. The Salty Britches really held up and protected my feet. I also really appreciate the packaging. A lot of chaffing products come in tubs that you have to dip into and aren't easy to carry. These tubes fit into my vest perfectly and make reapplication way less messy.

IT WORKS!!! Well worth every penny and more. If I could give more stars I would.. it’s that good!! My boys get chafed after an hour in the ocean and are miserable the rest of vacation. Not this year! After some searching and reading a lot of reviews. I gave Salty Britches a try I bought 2 we were at the beach for 12 days. This stuff is amazing. They swam, surfed, boogie boarded for 12 days and no.. I mean NO chafing! Even forgot the rash guards while surfing they rubbed it on their chests and were good to go. Even worked on the tops of my feet, flip flops and sand rubbed the tops of my foot.Just get it!! You will be the vacation MVP!!!

Used all week in Cancun and didn’t have any chafing. Did not have to reapply after swimming in the ocean and pool. Also no longer have to wear shorts under skirts to prevent chafing! Love this stuff!

I have been using this for years. I was introduced to it at a running event. Someone told me to put it in between my toes to avoid blisters. I did and I've never had a blister. I use it on chapped lips too. Its a must have for any and all things

This is the best anti chaifing ointment available. I have had completely red skin where my clothing rubbed against for 25 miles and was able to put this on cherry red almost bleeding skin, it stopped the rubbing and protected from further damage. I love this stuff.
